delicious sushi & entrees, and fabulous service. met the nicest staff & had a great time eating the appetizers and chatting while we waited for our food. it’s not typically a dine-in restaurant which we didn’t realize until we’d pulled up, but when we called to ask how to order, they told us to come inside & just served us directly. it was the kindest gesture & we were treated like family <3 i highly recommend their fresh spring rolls & any of the maki sushi!!

I’m really impressed with the sushi at L&K. They only do take-out, which is perfect since most sushi spots don’t stay open late. The sushi is always super fresh, full of flavor, and the texture is spot-on. You can tell the chefs really care about what they do because everything comes out so delicious. We always get the mango sticky rice, it just keeps getting better every time. Price is very reasonable compared to other sushi restaurant. We only make it to Nashville a couple times a year, but this place is always a must-stop. And their spicy Tom Ramen soup is amazing too!

I ordered food from here on Uber eats. The shrimp tempura roll was great, however the omg roll was supposed to have shrimp, tuna, and crab. However there was only crab in the order. I’m unsure if it’s uber eats menu description that is wrong or whoever made it didn’t do so correctly.

I arrived at L & K Sushi inside Midtown Foods at 10:02 PM and placed an order at their contactless kiosk. What should have been a quick and simple experience turned into a 65-minute ordeal.
During that time, I repeatedly approached the owner to ask about my order, and each time I was met with rude, dismissive responses. Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, they insisted that I either hadn’t paid or that they “couldn’t find” my order. I had show him my receipt and the confirmation number and he told me that I need to contact Uber eats or DoorDash, but I did not place the order through either one of those services. They flat-out refused to issue a refund and only after another restaurant owner got involved did they finally release my food. This man was from an entirely different establishment operating out of the same facility, and he even tried to make things better for my experience, even though it had no bearing on his own business. I kindly explain to him that I would like the food that I ordered or just a refund for what I had paid. He was finally able to make sure that the Owner L&K Made my food and brought it out to me.
By the time I received my order (over an hour later, at 11:11 PM), I had already paid $50 with a 20% tip, and what I got was cold, low-quality food which was just three items. To make matters worse, when I tried to explain how unacceptable this entire situation was, the staff showed zero accountability or concern for customer service.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Nashville. Extremely unprofessional, unkind, and not worth the time or money. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this place.
