A lot of parking spots. Highly recommended
During that time, I repeatedly approached the owner to ask about my order, and each time I was met with rude, dismissive responses. Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, they insisted that I either hadn’t paid or that they “couldn’t find” my order. I had show him my receipt and the confirmation number and he told me that I need to contact Uber eats or DoorDash, but I did not place the order through either one of those services. They flat-out refused to issue a refund and only after another restaurant owner got involved did they finally release my food. This man was from an entirely different establishment operating out of the same facility, and he even tried to make things better for my experience, even though it had no bearing on his own business. I kindly explain to him that I would like the food that I ordered or just a refund for what I had paid. He was finally able to make sure that the Owner L&K Made my food and brought it out to me.
By the time I received my order (over an hour later, at 11:11 PM), I had already paid $50 with a 20% tip, and what I got was cold, low-quality food which was just three items. To make matters worse, when I tried to explain how unacceptable this entire situation was, the staff showed zero accountability or concern for customer service.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Nashville. Extremely unprofessional, unkind, and not worth the time or money. I will never return, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this place.
