Absolutely excellent bartenders and cheap drinks! A great time Is had by all. The bar itself is small but has a downhome local fuel and everyone was having fun. Had a local kid who was playing country music followed by karaoke later on. I spot I would recommend if you’re looking for a chill time just to kick back and relax and have some drinks.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the warm and welcoming vibe. Everyone seems to know each other, and the staff are always smiling and friendly.

This bar has always been one of my favorite spots, which makes my recent experience all the more disappointing. A new male bartender displayed unprofessional and confrontational behavior that was completely out of line. He stepped out from behind the bar to aggressively address female patrons, and even after the bill had been settled, he continued to confront others about an issue that had already been resolved—escalating a situation that should have ended.
When I questioned a charge on my tab, rather than discussing it transparently at the bar, he insisted I walk away with him to a private corner to talk. I declined, as I found that request inappropriate. He became visibly upset, then proceeded to scribble out charges on the tab, told me to pay the full amount anyway, and suggested I just Venmo my friend the difference. After this outburst, he continued serving drinks as if nothing had happened.
I have since heard that others have had similar issues with this bartender, and it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also unsettling, and it’s unfortunate to see it affect the experience of regular patrons at such a well-regarded establishment.
