Extremely disappointed. The food was awful. Out of our party of 3, not a single one of us ate the cornbread. It was as dry as a desert and as crumbly as sand. My salmon patty was without any flavor except old oil. The squash casserole was flavorless and the tiny scoop of dressing was simply sad. I will never return to the Oak Grove location and I’m doubtful on any location. Portions have gone way down, prices way up , the place needs a deep cleaning and the quality is terrible.

Took my dad here for his birthday. Not the first time we’ve been here, and it won’t be the last. Pop comes to this location often and most of the servers know him. I have no complaints from our recent visit. It was not busy, and we got our choice of seating quickly. The food came out quickly and was nice and hot and delicious. They always let Pop have his sweet tea in his own cup that he brings with him, and they top him off before he goes. Good Southern food and hospitality.

Went through the drive thru at lunch time. The small plate was just perfect for me with flounder, collards, squash casserole and corn muffin for under $6+tax The drive thru staff even asked if I needed cocktail or tartar sauce & dinnerware. Great experience

I went their 6/26/2022. I had a nice waitress. 5he food came up very quick we waited no longer than 10 min and the food was up. It was good and hot and seasoned. The waitress kept our drinks filled. This location also has a outside patio where u can sit in rocking chairs. The area was nice i Sat over 30 min just enjoying the view.

I stop by weekly for my egg-white omelet with chicken sausage , cheese, onions, and peppers. It’s delicious all the time. The grits are decent..Id say use a better quality grit. The pancakes aren’t bad either. The service is on point. Great group of ladies in the front.
