SO GOOOOD!! Oooh i don’t want to know what’s in it cause it might be illegal‼️ The best vegan food I’ve ever tasted. Can’t pick a favorite between jerk mushrooms, VEGGIE FRITTERS, or the quinoa but everything was top tier quality and DELICIOUS. My favorite thing is the sea moss sauce YUMMO‼️

This Food Was Astonishing!!!, Food was so good my brother was crying while eating I got a favorite thing off the menu already that veggie platter, this is true high quality indigenous plant based food OoooWeee loving how it’s was soooo much flavor at one time that didn’t clash. I wish I could have some shipped to my home . Like all of the food complimented each other. OoooWeee that sauce. There was also a Option I might need get next time which is the Little bit of everything OoooWeee that sounds like something I can get down with . 20 out of 10 on the food I just knew I had to get a plate after that sample. It was so good I still had the tooth pick in my pocket when we drove home to another state also in enjoyed the welcoming service we received it was like being at a cookout with family. Definitely looking forward to returning could eat this at least 4 time a week.

I first tried Lively Up I Cells back Summer of 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since. The care love intention that goes into making their food is evident in the the ingredients and the way it’s prepared. 3 years strong and I will continue on supporting this business. This is sure to please the pickiest eaters of any age. You can’t go wrong from The fritters with seamoss sauce, to the soups, pastas, raw foods, juices, and deserts. . honestly try everything on the menu you’ll be grateful that you did.

Their food is so amazing that I literally started tearing up while eating it , and this is not a exaggeration, you can probably see my brother in the reviews section commented on that as well, so yes that is TRULY HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS. The fritters, jerk mushrooms, plantains, the greens, everything VEGAN and tastes so delicious individually but goes well with each other at the same time. Not to mentioned that sauce that sauce is just like that finishing touch on the already amazing food and just made everything even better. The owner is super kind and friendly, she was explaining to my brothers and I about the dishes very patiently. I had some modifications on my order and she had no problem with that. Overall I had a wonderful experience eating there, and I am for sure gonna come back again for MORE!!

It’s always been a struggle trying to find healthy vegan food on my side of town, but when I visited NBWS this past weekend I was so happy to discover this black-owned Caribbean vegan restaurant! I especially loved that they give out samples before you purchase! Having a gluten allergy makes it even harder for me to find food when ever I decide to go out and eat. I’m just so grateful I found out about this place! 10/10!

The food is amazing, the family is beautiful, and the atmosphere they created for their customers is phenomenal!!
I got the veggie fritters and the jerk mushroom platter and all I can say is WOW!! They gave me a full plate that left me with plenty of food left over and the food tasted even better the next day!!
Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back for more!
