Two couples visiting Nashville, we were able to walk across the road to Live Oak in the evenings after all our daytime shenanigans so we did it each of the 4 nights we were there! Live Oak is a fun low key spot for great live music, decent drinks and good bar food! The music was fantastic so we kept going back for more!
The first night was for songwriters doing their original music which was one of the best nights, Chelsey Stallings was our favorite that evening! Another night we had a blast while being thoroughly entertained by Shot By Cheney, Betty Rose and the lead singer from Last Train Out plus their combined band put on a fantastic show! The two of them really can sing anything and everything, such gifted musicians. What a great night at Live Oak, definitely recommend going if you’re in Nashville, it’s a hidden gem off Broadway! You can get a tattoo while you’re there too!

Live Oak is straight-up magical. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in for something special. The food? Absolutely next-level—every dish tastes like it was made with a little bit of love and a lot of talent. The bartenders are legends…fun, friendly, and somehow able to make every drink feel like it was crafted just for you. The atmosphere is electric but never overwhelming, the kind of place where laughter and good vibes fill every corner. It’s lively, it’s chill, it’s welcoming, and somehow it nails all three at once. Every visit leaves me grinning, stuffed, and thinking about who I can drag back next time. Honestly, five stars barely scratches the surface. Live Oak isn’t just a bar, it’s a full-on experience, the kind of place you tell everyone about!

Food was good , wings were slightly cooked too long on bbq/grill habenaro mango , good assortment of beverages , we went in the afternoon, dj cliffy d was doing his amazing work with the music , they had a bunch of stuff going on on their different floors which gave people lots to do like the hot dog game. Definitely a good spot to hit up if your staying close by .

Bartenders were very nice and attentive. Food all looked great, beignets were a good dessert. 4 musicians playing each hour, 3 songs each. Great variety of music. On a Sunday it has a good crowd but still enough seating for people to come in from 7-11pm.

We didn’t eat here unfortunately the food looked great. The drinks were great tasting and a great price. The most comfortable chairs in Nashville. Lots of tv screens so we were able to see several games we were interested in. And live music but wait there’s more! There’s also a tattoo parlor in the back.

It’s typical bar food, but it doesn’t pretend to be any thing else. It was very well done and pretty decent.
The server was really nice and friendly, I didn’t catch his name. It was an overall enjoyable dinner

Very lively place to watch a game and grab something to eat. The wings were absolutely some of the tastiest I have ever had. The bar tenders were awesome. However, there weren’t any servers in the area we sat.

A fun place to stop for beer and cocktails and live music. They have multiple levels and they have different music on each.
