First time to try Liuyishou hotpot, so it was not what I expected from an Ayce Hotpot place, it was more laid back and casual compared to previous places that were loud and busy.

Price on a weekend was $33.99 per person plus the price of the hotpot soup base ($10-16) and if you wanted extras like the skewers or AYCDrink teas and juices.

We tried all the meats, Lamb and Beef rolls were a fave. Must try the crab and squid. Have fun not burning the roof of your mouth

If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat with family, this is the place.

One of the best hot pot experiences I’ve had. The broth was amazing (both spicy and non-spicy), and the meats were high quality and sliced perfectly. Sauces were great too. Everything tasted fresh and clean. Highly recommend if you’re a hot pot lover!

Went on a Tuesday afternoon and was seated fast! Service was great, waitress was attentive. First time here and she explained the menu to us. There is a set price for the all you can eat, but you pay for the broths depending on how many you want. Meats came quick and were already on the table by the time I came back from the sauce bar. There were a few items on the menu that were additional prices and were not labeled but the waitress did a great job letting us know it was extra. Mostly all items needed to be ordered, no items on a table for people to grab like some hot pot places.

I didn’t know it was a hot pot buffet until I arrived. This hot pot restaurant is very famous in Chongqing, so now I’m trying it here in the US. I think the snowflake beef slices are pretty good, and the ox tongue is nice too. The lamb I ordered tastes just so-so, but the shrimp paste is definitely worth ordering. By the way, both the vegetable platter and the mushroom platter are quite small portions. Additionally, if you want to order some tripe, you need to pay extra. Overall, the flavor here is really good and the service is excellent, only the mushrooms don’t feel that fresh, but everything else is great.

Amazing hot pot
Always the best service with Tyler(TyTy)
Food and service is always super fast and filling!
I love all the side dishes and I never feel rushed to finish eating and TyTy makes it very easy and is always so accommodating
A great hot pot spot when you’re feeling the need for something soupy!
Best soup bases would be the duck with Chinese pickle and house spicy soup! Can’t beat it and they are always fully stocked on their sauce bar, which I am super grateful for

This is my new favorite hotspot restaurant in Dallas!

The service was flawless and quick, the food was delicious and full of flavor! Be wary of getting any spicy broth if you don’t have a really good tolerance, I would rate the heat a 9/10 and we only got level 1!

Would 10/10 recommend this place for a date night, or a night out with friends and family.

Liu Yishou Hotpot Dallas is hands down the most authentic Chongqing hotpot I’ve had in the U.S.! The broth is rich, spicy, and perfectly balanced — numbing but not overwhelming. All the ingredients are super fresh, especially the beef tripe, duck blood, and yellow throat. The staff are friendly and attentive, always refilling soup and clearing plates quickly. The restaurant is clean, stylish, and full of Sichuan vibes. Overall, an amazing dining experience — perfect for gatherings with friends. Highly recommend for anyone craving a truly authentic Chinese hotpot experience!

Food quality great! Fair warning, their Liu’s house special is really spicy? They have level 1-3. I can normally handle a lot of heat/spice, but the mild is quite spicy for me. The waiters were helpful, the place is clean and immaculate. The seating is very comfortable. The food quality is fantastic. Haven’t tried all the meats yet though
