Liuyishou Hotpot was such a great experience! The broths are full of flavor, the ingredients are super fresh, and there’s a huge variety of proteins — lamb, seafood, duck, pork — plus tons of veggie options. I also liked being able to mix my own sauces to get it just right.
The restaurant is very kid-friendly, and the staff were warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, perfect for a family dinner or a fun night out with friends.
Definitely a place I’d come back to whenever I’m craving hotpot!

Absolutely loved my visit to Liuyishou Hotpot. The broths were super flavorful – we tried two different kinds in the split pot and both were rich without being too salty. All the meats came out fresh and nicely sliced, and there were tons of side options: veggies, tofu skin, fish cakes, noodles, mushrooms, etc. Everything looked clean and well prepared.
Service was great too. The staff kept checking on us, refilled the broth and drinks quickly, and patiently explained how long to cook different items. The sauce bar had a lot of choices, so it was easy to customize the flavor exactly how I like it.
The restaurant is bright and comfortable, perfect for hanging out with friends or family and taking your time around the hotpot. Overall, really satisfying meal and I’d definitely come back and recommend Liuyishou to anyone craving hotpot.

Hard torn seats with a table much higher than both of us to reach well. The other location is premium compared to this place surprisingly because this is Bellevue. The menus are old paper and they do not explain what to do well. The food bar has a much smaller selection and they do not practice food safety. The same utensils to grab good go in ice water so you have seafood and other meats being touched in the same bucket as also veggies and fruit and other add-ons. We tried. This place at least at clean air and no smoke. And I enjoyed it’s much quieter and less bright.

Great hot pot experience! Came here after watching one of our fave YouTubers mentioned it, and oh my gosh, it was delicious. My husband and I were stuffed afterwards. We got two soup bases: tomato and the house special. Both had great depth and flavor, but our favorite is definitely the tomato. It’s like a savory tomato soup without the cream. We got an assortment of meats, and there is a sauce bar, veggies, and other food that is available as well. We love the 3 second bean curd roll and the black tofu bean curd. Do be careful eating because you can burn your mouth if you’re in a rush. They were very crowded on a Saturday evening so I highly recommend making a reservation if you can, especially on a weekend for dinner. They do have a tablet where you can join a waitlist and the guy at the front is very friendly as well. Overall, it was an awesome experience! If you’re new to hot pot, definitely come here. We’re originally from Dallas and we were pleased they have several locations and one near home to us!

Came in during Friday lunch time for their AYCE hotpot buffet. $29.99 per person for unlimited meat, snack bar, sauce bar, and veggies. Service was prompt and attentive. Fourth time coming to this place and will definitely come again!

We choose this hot pot location and are really glad we did. The meats are sliced in front of you to see, by order. There’s tons of sides/veggies/seafood to choose from. Soups were flavorful too.
It was a little hard to understand the waiter, he spoke super fast, but we made it work, he was attentive to our requests.
Make sure you check out all 3 buffets, we didn’t know there was one more on a back wall with fried rice and other fried items.

Service – way better than happy lamb. It’s actually AYCE, no artificial order limits every 20m or missing orders. Pretty attentive, fast meat orders.
Also you can grab as much veggies and seafood as you want from the self serve bar unlike.
Pricing is also the same as happy lamb with much more transparent pricing, no hidden bs broth fees or anything. If anything liuyishou should take a page out of happy lambs playbook and advertise 30-35/person instead of 40 and do $3 sauce bar and $2 broth fee. Seems to work pretty well for happy lamb marketing…
