First time trying Little Wok in Wicker Park and really liked it. Loved the interiors of this place, very chic and modern. We had reservations and were promptly seated . They have a wide variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes on their menu.
We tried the tom yum soup, noodles , shishito peppers, tuna tartare, sushi rolls, noodles, and ramen. The food was super delicious. The noodles and spicy kimchi miso ramen were my favorite.
The food arrives quickly and portion size is good for sharing. Overall a great first experience, need to go back to try other things on their menu.

My husband and I stopped here on a Friday night. The place is super cute inside and out. Food was pretty good the bowl was definitely my favorite out of everything we got but I did enjoy the sushi as well.
Our drinks were not so great, they didn’t have stuff for the mango daiquiri so our server suggested something “fruity” the drink was not fruity though it was all tequila and no fruity taste what so ever- my husband and I ended up swapping drinks.
Also the service was kinda slow, we got 1 glass of water that came relatively fast and then our server took awhile to come take out order, the place didn’t seem too busy at the time we went but also could maybe see two servers? I’m not sure what is really going on there- our waitress was very friendly still though.
We would definitely eat here again if we were ever in the area again!

This place is really great overall! The food is delicious, the drinks are solid, and everything is reasonably priced. The rice bowls are definitely the standout and worth ordering!
That said, the atmosphere is a bit underwhelming. It felt fairly quiet & not very lively, and the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or enthusiastic to be there, which took away slightly from the overall experience.
If you don’t mind a more low-key vibe, it’s still a great option for a satisfying meal and a few drinks before heading out!!

This was our first time dining here, and the main reason was to spend a couple gift cards that my brother & I won from a party raffle. Chinatown Social Club held holiday events, in which several businesses donated gift certificates/cards as raffle prizes. We were lucky enough to win not one, but TWO gift cards for Little Wok… one for $50 and another for $100. These gift cards were won at two separate events. First, let me start by saying that the food was NOT great. If I had to choose a favorite, it would probably be the soup, we had Tum Yum and Miso. My daughters also enjoyed the tuna tartar and sashimi. Tempura appetizer was just ok. For hot dishes, we ordered beef in garlic sauce and Szechuan shrimp. Both were drowning in thick goopy gravy that had a sweet aftertaste. Something told me to stay away from the Chinese dishes, but I gave it a try anyways, and was totally disappointed. We even had to order an extra sushi roll because we were still hungry! My honest opinion, the only decent items on the menu are apps, soups and sushi. Say NO to the stir fry! When it came time to pay though, our server took my gift cards to the front and never came back. I finally went to see what was going on. I was told they weren’t able to swipe my gift cards, so they had to call their boss. After a while, I was told the boss man only approved for them to deduct $100 total off my bill, even though my gift cards were for $150. When I asked why, they told me because he is in China and that’s all he allowed for them to deduct. I had the original envelope the $100 gift card came in, which clearly stated the correct amount, and even confirmed by his own hostess that the handwriting on the envelope looks like her boss’ handwriting. Make it make sense! From a customer service standpoint, I don’t think they handled this situation properly at all. There was no managerial role, and neither the hostess nor the server had a clue as to how to resolve the situation properly. On top of it all, after I handed over my CC to pay my portion of the bill, I knowingly clicked the “No Tip” button on the screen, because I always prefer to pay gratuity in cash. But I observed our server make a face and gestured to the hostess to look at the computer screen. You really thought I wasn’t going to leave a tip, didn’t you? Given the situation, I probably shouldn’t have, but I still put cash on the table before we left. This situation really left me with a bad vibe, so I probably won’t be returning to this place again. Drove all that way, spent over $100 on mid grade food, and lost out on my $50 gift card. Waste of time

Great food. We had delivery and it was way faster than than the quoted time, delivery guy was super nice, food was still piping hot. General Tao’s was great, good rice, and rangoons are house made and ACTUAL lumps of meat instead of the usual whipped crab scented cream cheese you get at other places. Happy to have a place near by for delivery.

A nice Chinese cuisine restaurant with a modern sleek interior and great service.
We went on a Friday night for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious (it took me a while to choose though – they offer an extensive menu). We had the Classic Fried rice (chicken + tofu, shrimp + tofu) which was very flavorful and not greasy. Loved their Egg rolls with peanut butter. The Tonkotsu Ramen was very well presented and tasty.
We’ll be back to try their sashimi!
The staff was great. Both, the host and the waiter, were pretty attentive.

Delicious Asian food with a nice atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered the bibimbap which came out in a hot stone bowl and tasted amazing. We also got egg rolls the Kung pow chicken and vegetable delight which were all great. Reasonably priced but not cheap. The server was friendly, if a little two enthusiastic but I enjoyed her serving us. I would not recommend the cocktails the raspberry mojito we ordered was a bit overly sweet for my taste. Overall definitely a place to stop by for some quality Asian food.

Good things first. The decor and the vibe was great! I started with the crab Rangoon. It was good until I bit into a huge chunk of an onion. I know it said onion but I wasn’t expecting big chunks. It was gross, I had to open each one up and take out the onion. I had the Ebi tamporia. It was delicious I really liked that. I then ordered the lunch special of the general chicken. It came with white rice and an egg roll . It was good and a good value. They have Coke products. They also have a large outdoor seating area.

I don’t think they were trying to steal my money, but they clearly have an incompetent staff and no show management.
I went there a month ago and they charged my card for the wrong table on a bill that was double mine. I told them and they said they voided it and charged me the correct amount. That’s fine, mistakes happen. They did NOT void the first charge.
I called them to resolve 3 weeks later on a Sunday around 4:00pm when I saw the charge had not been reversed because, again, mistakes happen and was told there was no manager that day and no one knew how to work the system.
So I called again a few days later in the evening when there should be a manager. They said again there was no manager, and no one who could help me. I asked when the manager would be back and they said they didn’t know. I called again the next 2 days in a row and was told the same thing both times. No manager, “he might be in tomorrow”, and no one can help me.
While I’m at it, the food was mid and a bit over priced. the tables were made of some loud, cheap metal or something that made a loud bang noise every time a glass or dish or utensil was set on them. How incompetent does a restaurant have to be to not even get the tables right?
