A friend and I went today because his son told him the food was good. We placed our order and told it would be 25-30 minutes. After waiting over an hour and watching the thin woman get an attitude with everyone, argue with the cook about who making too many orders and she’s not a robot seeing other people get orders before us we got mediocre fries and ok mystery fish likely swai and a slice of stale cheap bread. The younger woman in the front doesn’t make eye contact and has a super nasty attitude to be in food service. The bathroom was out of order and waiting for an hour without a potty is ridiculous. Maybe we should have gotten a burger but that fish wasn’t Chicago quality it was more gas station quality. I’ll try the burger or club and update if it’s any good. Do not go or call in if you’re in a hurry or on lunch break. They let that phone ring and ring. The thinner woman let a man stand at the counter without acknowledging him for 10 minutes…her attitude is trash.

This place is very small but the food is so good! Burger was homemade, big, and so juicy. The club sandwich was huge, and juicy also. I’ve never seen a club sandwich this big. Food is fresh and made when ordered. Anyone that goes to or thru Batesville, Ms, should definitely stop at this place for a meal.

Third time there. Each time sign says open. Hours stated they ate supposed to be open and every time the doors are locked. Just left there at 1:30. Looks like employee standing outside smoking with door locked. She doesn’t talk to you Or will not even acknowledge you..

The food here is awesome! The cheeseburgers are huge, juicy and taste really well! Their wings weren’t good! You can never place an order here…the phone just rings. When someone does answer they have an attitude, okay so why the attitude, customers are shopping with you to support your business. Sometimes people are on lunch, the wait is too long for your order! 35 to 45 minutes and that’s even after calling numerous times to place your order! Business isn’t never open at opening of operating hours! Other than this..food is awesome!

The food is excellent and always so fresh & good & seasoned just right! Prices are very reasonable & affordable! Biggest downside is the customer service & the way the business is ran is awful! Business has opening time advertised as 11:00 but unfortunately they are Never there on time as in lucky if they are there by 11:30 & when they do finally open they already have a butt load of orders ahead of ya a lot of times from the people they know closely (friends & family) also when the young lady answers the phone her tone & demeanor comes off as rude when she answers with “little taste of chicago”. Also when trying to call & place an order you take a major chance in no answer at all or you are susceptible to them answering & immediately hanging up on you.

The Philly was good, fish was horrible. Fresh water catfish strips. I encourage you to try anything but the fish. It appeared to be cooked in grease that needed to be changed. The only reason I have a 3 star rating was because of the Philly cheesesteak.
