This place opened at 4:15am which was awesome because our flight landed at 2am and our connecting flight was at 7am so we were ready to eat but few food options were open yet. The breakfast bowls were good, but not amazing for the price. Crispy tots, decent bacon. Fairly large portion sizes. Only big complaint was the cost and the cheese – I can only describe it as nacho sauce, not actual cheddar cheese. Their hot chai latte was good and so was the mocha. Total cost for two breakfast bowls, 16oz chai and 20oz mocha was around $70.
Staff barely acknowledged you, but the kiosks started their suggested tips at 25%. Not ideal in my opinion.

Opened on time at 4:15am and pleasant and quick ordering. First time customer, fun skillets, I chose their breakfast burrito with avocado and it had a semi sweet sauce, crunchy tots and well cooked eggs. It was delicious. The staff was courteous and quick which all of early bird flyers appreciated. Also Peets coffee is served

Little skillet!! I used to go to the original Soma location many times after work. Surprised to see them branch to the airport scene. The ambiance looks right, the service is extremely slow for how big and busy this place gets. 1 server, and one cashier who is also the best tender with 2 cooks. Ironically, taking the order takes the longest, the food comes quick. It’s pricey but you get a large serving.

Fried chicken is actually fried chicken tenders with no bones. They don’t mention this anywhere. The coleslaw is dry, the side salad is really just lettuce plus a few cherry tomatoes. Overall everything felt unseasoned. This place looks like little skillet, but tastes nothing like the real thing in my opinion

15.50 for the bbq pork wrap. Had hardly any filling. Avoid avoid avoid. McDonald’s made better wraps back in the day

I got a breakfast burrito this morning at 10:30am and by 5pm my stomach was hurting too much so I decided it was time to bite the bullet and throw it up. The burrito wasn’t served warm so they likely prepped it in the morning and the heat lamp didn’t do a good job of preventing bacteria growth.

The burrito itself was overpriced and nothing special. If it didn’t make me throw up I wouldn’t have regretted the $18 that much.

The”help” was anything but helpful. Ignoring you when the menu kiosk malfunctions which happens frequently from what I saw with the people in line. Food was average at best but well beyond the price you would pay in a competitive market where they have a monopoly on food in the C terminal early in the morning. Sad that they are entitled to such high minimum wages in CA when they just don’t care.

They did not have any regular breakfast prepared by 10:00am. There were some stale breakfast wraps under at heat lamp. Four employees standing around with no process or chain of communication. Instead of breakfast (since they did not have any made) we ordered 3 pastries and a cappuccino after finding out they didn’t have a breakfast cook ready. Even though we said nevermind to breakfast, someone had gone to summon the cook. When he got out and they told him canceled, he threw a small fit. One woman went to get the cappuccino but brought back drip coffee, she had misheard. It was a painful experience to correct, we had to go back and pay again for the difference ($1) waiting while cashier punched in all the items again, voided them and changed the drip coffee to cappuccino. The pastries were not good and they forgot to heat them up. When we went back to ask them to reheat they said they could not as we had already bit into them. Okay then get us some new pastries and heat them up like you should have in the first place! Nope, they did not offer to do this. The food was just not very good or worth the price, and the customer service was terrible. They need to work on their training and communication.

Quick service and prices that aren’t more inflated than a SF cafe.

Overpromised, under delivered. Breakfast sandwhich had such a great menu description but once recieved, it was maybe 2 teaspoons of egg, a dash of shredded cheese- maybe half a teaspoon, hardly a single slice of bacon and loads of mayo on bread. Kind of disgusting, quite pricey, and nothing but carbs. The side of potatoes had a good flavor though.

I ordered the southern chicken (3 piece) meal… For $20 I was expecting some sizable chicken. Instead I got 3 thin small pieces of chicken that looked like chicken nuggets. I was beyond disappointed at the size and appearance of the meal. Once I took a bite of the chicken, I instantly felt even more ripped off as the taste of the chicken was completely bland and very dry. Do not eat here unless you want to pay a ton of money for a meal that tastes worse than McDonald’s chicken nuggets.
