I am new to the area and looking for my goto places for food. Italian a definite must. Researched the area and decided on here by the reviews I read. i ordered just an order of lasagna due to the rave reviews.. Got home and opened it up and was ready to devour the what looked to be delicious piece of lasagna… I dig in ready for the 6 layers of deliciousness….BUUUT what I got was a stack of lasagna noodles with barely even one layer of ricotta cheese so thin I could barely see it. Above the paper thin layer of ricotta were another 2 layers of noodles- nothing in between then another paper thin layer of meat covered by 2 more layers of nothing but noodles. Sauces was did not even have a good taste..Very disappointed because little places are usually spot on with the quality of their food.This is probably the worst 15 bucks I ever spent on a local non chain business. Maybe it was just thrown together because it was 8 pm but that is no excuse anyways…very disappointed and will probably not go there again due to this experience…

Arrived and there was 2 other guys waiting for a slice of Sausage pizza from a whole pizza pie fresh and hot right out of the oven. Great Sicilian pizza by the slice here, unforgettable taste and aroma. Perfectly spiced and flavored bread and they never burn the bottom. I was so used to Gina’s Sicilian pizza in St Charles and after they closed I had no I idea where another authentic mom and pop Sicilian pizza place was. I’m in the service industry myself so kindly leave ’em tip so they might open another pizzeria. Next, I would like to try one of my other favorite dishes they have here, baked Mostaccioli.

Great Mom n Pop pizzeria; quality is everything and some. You may have your doubts trying something new, But I encourage you get a slice and oh yes my favorite Italian Short Bread cookies; the kind Grandma would have out on Thanksgiving or Christmas heck even Easter. Always good! I ordered the pizza bread today with a can of coke. Quick and ready in minutes. The pizza sauce is so good and the bread is so toasty. Everything that I have ever ordered here is amazing!

I was really looking forward to trying this place out… my girlfriend and I did. Unfortunately there was more bad things than good.
The food its not bad tasting but they seem to use the cheapest ingredients they can find and it shows when you eat the food, also its a self service joint (just so you are aware).

The interior its not bad looking but man its hot in there! I was sweating the whole time I was eating there. They have no AC I’m guessing because of the big ovens.
Ribs lack of seasoning but they do fall off the bone so easy( the only good thing) the BBQ sauce taste like Tapatio sause and vinegar.
Pizza is nothing special if fact is one of the worse ones I’ve had.
Lasagna was really soupy and it barely had any Ricotta cheese in it( the best part of lasagna is the Ricotta) the pasta was almost translucent didn’t seem like a good quality pasta.
Garlic bread and fries (unsalted) were ok but again low quality.
Customer service was ok I’ve had worse.

One of the best tasting pizzas around. No longer live in the area but stop in any chance I get. The family who runs this place is phenomenal and always remember my family as well. Wish we had a pizza place like this nearby my new home. Thanks for almost 30 years of delicious food!
