After hiking all day, stumbling upon Little Sicily felt like the universe handing us a tiny edible gift. Beckley surprised us once again, this spot turned out to be such a delicious treasure that we kept coming back like well-trained food pilgrims.
The food was fantastic. Truly. Some of the best chicken shawarma, hummus, and tabouli I’ve had in ages, fresh, flavorful, and made with clear love. The kind of meal that makes your tired hiking muscles perk up and whisper, “Oh yes, this is the good life.”
Service was friendly, warm, and helpful with recommendations, the kind of staff who genuinely wants you to enjoy what you order.
Honestly, I found myself wishing we had a place like this back home so I could grab big platters for a party and impress everyone without lifting a finger. A traveler can dream.
A great little spot, comforting and delicious, exactly what you hope to find when you’re hungry, tired, and ready to be fed well.
The food was absolutely delicious. The falafel was clearly homemade — perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside — and the hummus was silky and flavorful, some of the best we’ve had. The menu offers an inspiring mix of flavors and traditions, showcasing the richness of both Egyptian and Italian culinary heritage.
We also had the pleasure of being served by Misty, who is not only part of the dynamic duo behind this wonderful restaurant but also a realtor! Her warmth and pride in what they’ve created made the experience even more special.
We were delighted to find a restaurant willing to celebrate and share such a diverse offering, especially in a community where that kind of cultural fusion seems rare. It was a joy to support a place that brings something so unique and heartfelt to the table, no matter what they need to call it to make it possible here.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in — the food, the people, and the love behind it are well worth it!
I made a solo visit for pizza and ended up with Eggplant Parmesan, salad and hummus. Fresh spinach and house made tomato sauce, and a nice crispy edge to the eggplant. House grilled toast was perfect crispy/soft to accompany. The hummus was very good, and the pita bread warm and soft with a slightly grilled crust. Very nice! Highly recommend.
Inviting atmosphere, seats for the littles and a fresh clean bathroom. If you’re in town make it a memorable visit with a stop at Little Sicily.
I’m definitely going back.
I was not happy with the cannoli, though. The cream inside’s supposed to taste more like cheese rather than very sweet cream. But it tasted like a frosting of a cake!
It was my 42nd birthday dinner and I’m so glad we went here for it!
