What an amazing restaurant in Katy Asian town. This place exceeded my expectations , they have a huge menu with all of it being tasty! The salmon nigiri was the best thing here! The citrus soy was the best out of the 4-5. Super friendly good service. Gets crowded fast. Food came out fast. I highly recommend and would come back!

Overall, this sushi AYCE restaurant is pretty good. The food quality is solid and the dining experience is enjoyable. However, it would be great if they could expand the variety of food options, as the current selection feels a bit limited compared with other AYCE sushi restaurants in Houston.
The pricing is also not very competitive when compared to similar places in the area that offer a wider selection. With a few improvements in menu variety and value, it could become a stronger option.
One highlight is definitely the waitstaff—they were wonderful, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. Their service really made the experience more pleasant.

Jess had amazing service. She was a sweetheart. This place has great quality sushi. Seated instantly for lunch pricing. Started ordering right away and food was set at our table in 5-7 minutes. They offer wide variety of food options to choose from. The ice cream for dessert tasted good too. Vanilla was the better flavor for me.

Had such a great time coming for a weekday lunch. We liked every item that we ordered, and was particularly impressed by the fish to rice ratio of the nigiri, as well as the appetizers. I am much more into sashimi and sushi usually, but the agedashi tofu, tempura shrimp and baked mussels were all really good!
It was busy and they seemed a little short staff, but I can see that they were trying their best and I felt well attended to.

Love coming here for AYCE sushi. The staff is always super nice and attentive. The food comes out fast even if it’s crowded. The quality of the fish is good and our family feels like it’s a fair price! We will continue to come here and eat and glad it’s close to home.

Probably one of my favorite spots for AYCE sushi!
Just a heads up, if you get cold easily like me, I would bring a sweater because it’s pretty chilly inside. The restaurant and bathrooms are well-lit, clean, and nicely decorated.
The AYCE menu has a variety of different dishes to choose from and I loved how there were different sauce options for the salmon and tuna nigiri’s (i.e. garlic ponzu salmon, citrus soy salmon, umami oil salmon, etc).
For the appetizers, definitely get the crispy salmon skin! I wasn’t sure if I believed my friend at first when he was hyping this up but he was right because this was so addicting. The texture and savory flavor of the salmon was so addicting.
I will say, compared to Sushi Masa and other AYCE sushi spots that I’ve been to, Little Sakana has more rice in their nigiri’s so that definitely filled me up faster. Speaking of rice, some of the rice kept falling apart as we tried to pick up the nigiri but overall, the quality of the fish was great!
Aside from the great food, our server Michelle was fantastic! She was so welcoming, kind, and attentive during my friend and I’s dining experience.
I’m looking forward to when I can come back and explore more of the other food items on the menu.

All you can eat sushi at its best!! There are so many varieties to choose from and the options are amazing!! You won’t regret it! It has options for vegetarians too for those who don’t like seafood. The seared tuna was my favorite. They also give ice cream as dessert and the green tea one was really good. Can’t wait to be back!

Honestly the major selling point for me is the staff. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They constantly check in with tables and help each other cohesively.
This place is for sushi lovers mainly so if fish and shell fish don’t agree with u…it’s not for u. They do have cooked options whether baked or fried.
The aesthetic of the place to me could use a touch more as they went for a minimalistic approach with the lights giving the nod to traditional Japanese decor but I believe a little more art could tie everything more together
