I am Vietnamese and this is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had in the US. Mai is so friendly and she cooks our food from fresh ingredients, some actually from her garden. We are now regular customers supporting her and this hidden germ. Don’t let the exterior and interior appearance fool you. This is the best restaurant in town. Excellent food, great price (seem to be cheapest in Fairbanks). Always leaving with full stomachs and full pocket. Going to Little Saigon is like having your grandma cooking for you.
