For mains, the Confit Duck had crispy skin, soft meat, and a nicely balanced side that kept the dish from feeling too heavy. The Oven Baked Fish of the Day was also excellent — perfectly cooked, flaky, and full of light Provençal flavours.
Overall, Little Provence serves delicious, well-crafted dishes with warm, friendly service — a great spot for a relaxed French meal.
First, a huge shout-out to the impeccable and genuinely friendly wait staff — thank you!
I opted for the set menu, and it did not disappoint.
Light, airy French bread
White sardines on toast — absolutely to die for
Tuna tartare — so fresh and refreshing
Duck confit — instantly transported me back to my travels in France
Every bite led to a little boogie on the taste buds ☺️
close and walked past this lovely restaurant and the menu caught my eye. My partner and I came back for dinner and it was one of the best dining experiences here in Brisbane city. The service and staff was attentive and welcoming. The food was divine! I never knew how delicious French butter was. Everything was so authentic and the restaurant was warm and cozy. Definitely will try squeeze another visit before going home but if you’re in the area do check it out 🙂
Luckily they have a bar where I visited 2 nights in a row to eat.
The bar man and waiter Steve is awesome. He made me feel very welcome and created a great experience for me as a solo traveller.
I highly recommend the food and atmosphere for anyone who appreciates French food.
Still one of the best French I ever had!
