I was going to order but decided not to after seeing the condition of the kitchen. The temperature was very warm inside and when my friend and I asked about it the very kind and friendly cashier said “Yeah, I’m used to it.” As a result the kitchen staff was visibly sweating, the cashier’s shirt was dirty and stained, the kitchen looked dirty and cluttery and the overall appearance of the dining area looked run down. My friend thought the food was fine tho. I personally will not be ordering food from there.

If I could give this place a 000 i would. It only got 1 star because I needed to post this. I called at 11:04 (as soon as they opened) order placed at 11:08. The guy that answered the phone said it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. 11:55 I called to check on my order to only be told it will take another 15 minutes from time promised!!! Please don’t tell your customers a time if you can’t be certain of it. Thats an 1 hour and 15 minutes. People have lunch break time frames they have to adhere to. And if you can’t be correct with timing then be customer friendly and offer a discount! Will NEVER order from here for delivery again. Took entirely too long to receive food ordered.

Normally I love the food. Today I didn’t get any food. I placed an order for delivery and the website states they deliver 5.5 mile radius and I live within that. They called and told me I would have to get my food from the other location. The other location does not have online ordering. I still do not understand why I have to order from somewhere else when I live in the delivery area. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I do not like leaving bad reviews but I finally had little panda again after a few years. Was it always this bad? No flavor! Just salty with no flavor. The fried rice was awful. The sesame chicken was so heavy without any real flavor.

It was delivered on time, still hot so that was nice. All the sauces tasted watered down, didn’t have a whole ton of flavor. The food overall without the sauces was bland. I won’t go back unfortunately, not my style for taste. But the fact they delivered on time is huge for me. The delivery driver was also very nice.
