Best bar in the area hands down. Food and service is great. Owner is an amazing person. They don’t rip you off by jacking up menu prices either, which is a rare concept anymore.

Exactly what I expected out of the little place. Good food at decent price. My partner had the hamburger special with he enjoyed very much. I had fish and chips, it was ok. Mac salad was good and so was coleslaw. We did not drink so I cannot attest to the drink or beer selections.

Probably a higher rating based on how surprised I was. Meet a friend and we found this as middle of the road place to meet for drinks and some food. Nice outside bar and deck. No real scenic view/feature (like water or valley view) but the service was great. The local patrons were friendly and the food was well received and had great value when you factor in the price. Will be back in the near future.

Wings and fish & chips were amazing! The outside table was kind of dirty and so were the menus, so that was the only downfall. But the service was great, and so was the great, so I would still love to come back again. The back patio is a nice place to eat on a sunny day.

Original historic mid 1700s building that once was a landmark hotel on what was once a main road for stage coaches , horseman and then autos . Now modern roads and highways have bypassed the hotel and route 1 still passes in front of it , but the hotel is no longer just a place for just travelers to stop on a journey, it’s the destination. It also has a large outdoor deck that is surrounded on three sides by trees,,grass and flowers.Stupendous food , great drinks , friendly and attentive staff , and a great crowd of regulars who will be glad to make you feel welcome. Coming here is always a treat for me.
