We usually get fresh pizza from here, but tonight, there was hardly any cheese on it and it was tough to chew- not sure what happened but it was disappointing. It seemed liked it was a reheated pizza- not fresh tonight.

Great tasting fresh food! The service was exemplary and the restaurant was extremely clean,(including the restroom). My wife had a chef salad, my son had a sandwich, and I had a salad and spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was delicious, servings were generous, and pricing was an unexpected surprise (you get alot of bang for your buck). Highly recommend.

Best place in town to get a pizza, whether it be cheese, pepperoni, or my favorite; pineapple. I like to partner my pizzas with a side of cheddar fries, in which they usually do good at but I swear sometimes that cheese isn’t the same some days, but I could be wrong. Their subs are great too, I go for an Italian, they also make a good Stromboli. I have tried most, if not all other pizza shops in Ephrata, and none come close to Little nicki’s pizza. Originating from New Jersey, I’m picky about my pizzas, I’m not into those thin crusts. Nicki’s uses a good amount of crust, and their sauce has good flavor, which is what I like under the cheese. The employees are always nice too.

I ordered the Veal Marsala and requested spaghetti (el”done”te (well done, cooked thru) not el dente and with red sauce on the side. Instead I get the spaghetti mixed into the Marsala sauce, no red sauce, not on the side. the veal was another issue it was very very chewy. toughest meat in a long long time. the flavor, taste was OK. I will never order veal there again!!
