I share this only as honest feedback, and I truly wish your business the very best moving forward.
The staff did their best to accommodate us. We called ahead and were told to walk in, but when we arrived there were no tables available. They were kind enough to let us use an outside bench while we waited even though it was cold and raining. Only part of our group could sit at a time, but I appreciate the effort.
There were two guys working the front. One was very helpful and quick. The other tried but clearly needs more training.
The biggest issue was the pizza. It was undercooked and soggy in the middle with too much sauce. We even asked for one pizza to be cooked longer and it still came out soggy. For a pizza place, that was a deal breaker.
The wings were actually very good. Big and crispy. Unfortunately they were served in a basket with holes and grease dripped onto my wife’s clothes. The blue cheese was also disappointing. Very sweet and clearly not homemade.
I really wanted this place to work, but the pizza missed the mark. Maybe I would try it again in the future, but it would take some changes to bring me back.
I just moved the Plantation from like East Fort Lauderdale and DAVIE both places I was living and I got to say that I’ve tried all these Italian places and they’re all garbage. There’s no real Italian place in Plantation much as a pizza parlor. I’m very disappointed and I hate to put a business down, but the food was not good and I actually had high hopes this time. I thought I found a Gem with mom and Pop place but no.
Everything was great. The food was nice and hot, plus the service was perfect …..
Not sure how I haven’t given this local gem the love it deserves sooner — maybe because I’m always too busy diving in and stealing the biggest slice first .
I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a pizza snob, which makes it even more impressive: this pie is . The portions are huge, the crust is that perfect balance — thin, flavorful, crunchy with a toasty, flaky end — never heavy or doughy. The sauce has just the right touch of sweetness without losing that fresh tomato kick, and the cheese? From the smell to the stretch, you can tell they use quality ingredients.
Big props too for the sealed boxes — feels safe, fresh, and shows they care. Delivery is always on point, with extra attention to keeping customers happy (something not every place bothers with). Haven’t been to the shop in person yet, but it’s high on my list.
Local pizza done right .
The hot wings were actually spicy (not fake spicy), super saucy, and cooked all the way through without being dry. I had to grab extra napkins because they were messy in the best way.
Overall, it just felt like good, real pizza spot food nothing fancy, just solid and satisfying. I’d definitely go back for the same order again.
