It’s an easy takeout place, and Gator is so passionate about his work. His praline iced coffee is amazing… sweet, a lil smoky, flavorful. The gumbo is smoky flavortown, and the shrimp poboy is meaty. What a gift!

I had heard very good things about little latitudes burritos. My wife was in the area and decided to stop by and get one for us. She ended up getting a vegetarian a beef and a Carnitas all three were excellent Cajun burritos. They were something that I had never tasted before. The person who waited on her is also the owner and was very friendly. We will be back for sure.

Super friendly folks running this. Very unique flavor, and new items constantly revolving through the menu. The breakfast burritos keep me coming back. This is an extremely small grab and go style place. Snag a burrito and sit in some nearby chairs on the square, or just walk around and window shop.

Just stopped in for the first time to pickup some new breakfast food for the Boss and I. Absolutely amazing! I got one of each of the available kinds, and they are all delicious.

Little Latitudes have got a repeat customer from the both of us. Can’t wait to try their lunch menu next!

I have gotten food here 3 times: the shrimp po boy, the blackened chicken po boy, and the creole carnitas breakfast burrito. All 3 have been SPECTACULAR. Just good quality and intentionally prepared food, fulfilling and soul caring. You can tell the chef and owner, gator, takes a lot of pride in his product, as he should.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast burritos before a big bike ride. I had the Cajun carnitas, which was solid. My wife had the veggie, which was next level. Just absolutely bursting with flavor. We split the praline cream cold brew, which was also incredibly tasty. So glad to have this unique little place, go check it out!

As someone born and raised in a cajun family, as pretentious as that may sound , Little latitudes is absolutely authentic to cajun cuisine , and has the food ive been missing from home.

The shrimp poboy taste like it came straight from new orleans , and the Boudin Burrito is an actual improvement on Boudin , something I did not think was possible.

These guys really care about their food , and give it that little something extra that makes cajun food great.

Great Cajun street food joint nestled in the heart of Old Town. All of your southern fixin’s baked into some neat grab and go food items. And make sure you get that bottled sweet tea to soothe your taste buds and enjoy this taste of the south in north Colorado. Small business owner with a good heart and great personality. Show your support.

I’m already excited to go back for lunch! The breakfast burrito and biscuit sandwiches were honestly some of the best breakfast I’ve had in this town. Totally blown away by the flavors and the uniqueness. Go here!
