This is my favorite pizza in the whole world. Sweet sauce always very cheesy and nice people behind the counter. 10/10 if you don’t like the new burnt barely any cheese Portnoy style pizza. Very large slices if your in the area and want to try as well

I recently moved and found their pizza to be really good. I was very happy with everything. However, when I ordered recently, I was on hold for over 5 minutes. Finally ordered, it seemed over priced for a turnover with pepperoni running me touching on 20 bux. I called back to inquire. I was met with nothing but rudeness and lessons in saying “ I originally said calzone… which I’m allergic too. Then got repranded by saying no I ordered a panzarotti” because when I grew up it was the same as a turnover. Either way it was a horrible experience. Told them to cancel my order and she hung up on me. Calling back to confirm it was cancelled, they just hung up on me. It’s a shame because the food was good, customer service sucks.

I called at 9:20pm for soup for our sick kiddo who loves pasta fagioli. “Sorry we’re closing.”Mentioned even cold was fine, listened to a pause on the other end and then listened as the person on the other line thought about my request then decided to hang up on me without a word more. Hours are advertised as open till 10 PM. I don’t think asking for cold soup at 9:20 merits getting hung up on. I order takeout from here like once a week sometimes more, but this was impactful…

I’ve been ordering delivery for quite a while. I love Little Jim’s pizza. I’ve never had anything bad from them. Delicious and worth the price. Fast delivery too. Update 02-07-21, ordered Buffalo Wings and Buffalo boneless wings and Coleslaw. Absolutely Delicious!! They arrived quickly.

The service and food is not consistent. If you order on a friday night. Some of the staff can be rude and cooks tend to cut corners and portions.
Ive never made a compliant before but tonight after getting a cheesesteak wrap with all lettuce I called. And there response was he used the same amount he always uses. Which was false. Wont be spending my money there for a while especially not a friday night!!

We ordered chicken cheese steaks and when we picked them up it was just bread and meat, no cheese. When we called to have the item corrected they refused and insisted I ordered incorrectly. We order these multiple times a week and highly doubt it was our error and would have been nice to have it corrected. The sandwich was ok after we added cheese but not good enough to return again unfortunately.

Nice little pizza joint, with a little bit of a dining room. The thing that caught my attention most was the gigantic size of a slice of pizza. I purchased two slices and when I got was close to half a pizza. I’d say more people than not would enjoy eating here.
