This was a take out order so we can’t leave a review on the atmosphere. The egg rolls were good. The California roll had sesame seeds on top which was new for my wife. She says it was okay. The spicy California rolls were bland to even my taste buds, who can only do medium wings for a reference. Our entrees needed some help. My wife’s medium rare steak looked like it was boiled. Have a picture. No seasoning she could taste what so ever. My hibachi scallops were bland besides a scallop taste but I don’t even think they were real based on the texture. Let’s just say we won’t be back again based on this experience. Wouldn’t recommend!!

im just gonna assume they add some extra sauce in the bottom of the bag everytime we order takeout. like what is the explanation even for this. the small box of teriyaki chicken is on top of all the other boxes, with no indication of it leaking. the food is good but inconsistent, sometimes it’s great and other times it’s halfassed.

Finally a good casual Japanese food place! We’ve seen others in the area go down hill over time until we just stop going, now we have an alternative. The meals are fresh, the mixed veggies have a larger assortment of veggies than others. Just one warning your food will be blazing hot and fresh so be careful on those first few bites.

I had the chance to finally get away from my crazy life and get a girls dinner in. We chose Little Japan and it did not disappoint. The sushi was so flavorful and fresh, the appetizers were delicious. Great job Little Japan!

Little Japan has very quickly become a favorite for dinner in our household. They have an excellent sushi selection and hibachi menu along with good pricing. The portions for both sushi and hot plates are fairly large, we typically leave this restaurant with at least one box to go. Dining in can be risky because they are usually fairly busy, but it’s worth it! Their drive thru option is also very easy to use and we typically use this option on the weekends when seating is busier.

Second time eating here. First time was average but we looked at the reviews and they were fairly good recently so thought we would give them another chance to dazzle us.
Ordered about $50 worth of food to-go. Got home and about halfway through my hibachi chicken/steak, I found pieces of paper. I thought it was a napkin and they were “recycling” uneaten food but then I figured it was probably the paper from the frozen steak they use. In any case, it was absolutely disgusting to find in my food and it ruined the meal. I was not even halfway through my entree before finding that and had to toss it. What a waste.
We probably won’t be giving them a 3rd try after this.

They did an amazing job renovating this restaurant and utilized the available space to optimal efficiency. The food was delicious and the service was great. The atmosphere was very inviting and they had several TV’s throughout the space.

Was really excited to finally have a decent sushi restaurant in town. Unfortunately this place is not different from any other mediocre hibachi places around. There was barely any fish in my sushi rolls, just a bunch of overcooked rice. If you actually know what good sushi is don’t get your hopes up.

Went out tonight (second night after opening) let me say the sushi is delectable. I myself had the Playboy and Dragon rolls and my fiancé had the green dragon and all 3 rolls were 10/10. I’ll say I’m giving some slack because I know they were pouring orders left and right the entire time we were there but the chicken hibachi left a little to be desired (if management reads this less mushroom more chicken, my personal recommendation) I’m giving service a 4 star because it’s still a little sloppy with the employees adapting but that’ll get better with time. Our waitress/waiter were great and very pleasant. If you’re planning to go here and don’t like wait times I recommend letting it settle for a week or two but PLEASE go try this place. It’s great and I think once the trains sailing down the tracks it’ll easily be a perfect little Japanese restaurant.
