I ordered online the confirmation e-mail said approximately 25 mins. I walk into the store about 20 mins later to find employees arguing about where tickets and pizzas were, the manager yelling at his employees, and him complaining about “losing hundreds of dollars” because they had to take the phone off of the hook because they “were too busy”, yet there was no sense of urgency from the staff to get orders done. I was told my pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet and it would be about another 25 minutes! If I wouldn’t have already paid for my order I would’ve just walked out. An HOUR AND 15 MINUTES after I ordered I finally got my pizza. I didn’t get a “sorry for your wait” or a thank you from the employee when she handed me my food. I wanted something different besides dominos and Pizza Hut so I thought I would give Little Italy’s a try. I WILL NOT be giving it a second try after the unprofessional behavior I witnessed from the staff. And the pizza wasn’t even good. The breadsticks had no flavor, the pizza was overly greasy and the crust was bland. They don’t even deserve the one stat that Google forces you to leave!

They made our pizzas wrong. When I called to inform them of the error I was told to just keep the pizzas and that new ones would be brought out. So I fed my children the wrong pizzas so that they could eat. I then received a phone call telling me that they wanted the pizzas back as a swap for the new ones. I informed them that I had already given my kids some of the pizzas. When the guy showed up with the correct pizzas he was very rude about it and accused me of giving him empty pizza boxes. I told him that I had already fed my kids some of the wrong pizza and that I had told them on the phone. He proceeded to raise his voice demanding me to open the boxes. After he left I called to complain about the rudeness and was informed that the rude person was the owner. I’m sorry but a owner should never act like that towards a customer when it wasn’t their error. We will never be ordering from here again.

Absolutely perfect crust, tasty sauce, and a great selection of toppings. The pizza is just right, not too crunchy on the bottom but not too soft either. Everyone who works there is very friendly and doesn’t rush you on the phone like some places do. The delivery drivers are prompt and friendly too. I’ve been here a few times since I moved to town and it’s my new favorite pizza place!

This is our favorite local pizza place. Their pizza is tasty and well seasoned. I recommend the seasoned crusts when you get pizzas from this restaurant. Consider the bacon bars as an amazing breadstick alternative. We have ordered pizzas, sandwiches, calzones, etc. and everything has been hot and fresh. Highly recommended.

Normally We would have given them 5 stars. But tonight we received a delivery which was more than 2 hrs late! We were promised 45 min & understand there can be some small delays. But this was ridiculous! We have never been disappointed in the quality of their products. But again, to wait more than 2 hours for our food was very unexpected. This is not the service we are accustomed to receiving from Little Italy’s. Extremely disappointed…..

Any complaint about temp in the store should be left for the owners of the strip mall not degrading the owner of Little Italy’s whose a great man and has always done what he can and should do for Chatham residents costumers and employees of his business

This is a really good local Pizza place in Chatham that has stuff that’s sort of equivalent to say Little Caesars. The service is always really good and the pizzas aren’t bad at all.
