This is not your run of the mill Italian meal. If you can get a table grab it! we were able to sneak in last minute and it was fantastic! The vegetarian food is very good. The owner is very gregarious and will help you find any wine food that you’re looking for. If you’ve had a lot of Scottish food, here is where you take a break.

Had the vegetarian tomato and basil pasta, not disappointed at all. Very good and good quantity for the price. Always wanted to visit the place will be back soon. Although the waitress never came back to check back but its okay was too busy chatting with my friend. No complaints at all. They have got the right vibe right interior although its red color but still its so decent that it doesn’t overpower you.

The lovely restaurant looks low key from the alley but is full of energy inside. We did not have a reservation but were lucky to be seated at the seats near the bar.
The decor is full of taste, same as the food! The service was tentative. Will definitely come back again.

I love Italian food and have tried many restaurants in the UK, some fantastic and some not so much, however, Little Italy is up there near the top.
It’s lovely being greeted with a friendly face and attitude from the staff, before munching on your complimentary bread and sauces, choosing a drink from the extensive menu all while soaking in the great atmosphere.
Sure there may be a few people around you talking about golf, but once you are tucking into your lovely food, you’ll soon forget all about that and imagine you are in the Italian version of St Andrews instead.
Our chosen meal was ravioli and we loved it. The sauce was amazing, probably the best I’ve had in a restaurant and the garlic bread, it’s so tasty and cooked to perfection.
Tbh we booked again in the same week just to make sure how good it was the first time wasn’t a fluke. It’s wasn’t. This place is perfect and is topped off by the limoncello shot at the end of the night.

We stopped here for a lovely lunch, the service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We enjoyed a starter to share, mains were lasagne (amazing), Rob had chicken with salmon and prawns and he said that was a combo he hadn’t had before – thoroughly w joyed it. Washed down with a couple of rose wines and bottles of beer. Hope to dine here again soon. X
