I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I ordered a medium pizza over the phone, and from the start, the older man who answered was unnecessarily rude throughout the conversation. When I arrived, it turned out he was also the one working the register—and just as unpleasant in person.
After receiving my order, I asked politely for red pepper flakes. I was reluctantly given a single packet. When I kindly asked for a couple more, I was met with an eye roll and complete silence—even after I said “thank you.”
As a Black woman spending my money here, I felt completely unwelcome. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unacceptable. No one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while simply ordering food. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment. Black ppl , this may not be the best place to dine

This is my second time ordering here and the pizza is yet again so thin the crust falls off when you take a slice. Filled with so much grease.

This rating is only for the Warren location. Ive tried a few times the pizza is overcooked or put back in the oven to warm. They actually need to have the Eastpointe location come train them on how to make pizza. Won’t be back to the Warren location. Will drive the extra 20 minutes to Eastpointe

Disappointing experience. Was told on phone wait would be 15-20 but I sat in store for 50 min-I believe they lost my order. Several orders came and went while I sat there. Paid in advance & even tipped them. Female manager never acknowledged there was a problem with my order until I said that it was unacceptable, she offered a soda and said they were short staffed; full of excuses no accountability. Did she not realize that I was sitting/standing there for 50 minutes while they goofed around. While waiting I got to look around and wondered why no one had hair tied back/hair nets. Also noticed that the store itself was filthy-dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty coolers and dirty windows. Finally order was ready. I then realized that my pizza had been sitting on the side waiting for 10-15 mins before for the bread was boxed. Got my order home-5 mins ride home-pizza was cold, salad container was NOT closed properly as salad was spilled in bag, and bread was way under cooked-we were afraid to eat it as it seemed raw in the center. This was our 4 time ordering from this store, not sure we will go back. Sad because we like to support small businesses and the 3 times prior service/pizza was good. Manager needs retraining. Do better Little Italy!

Little Italy is the best. I ordered quite a bit of food for a party yesterday and it was all delicious. Their pasta is soooo good. The salad was fresh and just loaded with meats and cheese. And the pizzas…oh, the pizzas. I can’t forget the wings. They must have been good, too, because there were none left by the time I got to the food. Friendly people and fast delivery. Little Italy is my go-to place for good food!!

Y’all this is some of the best pizza around!! We we recently moved to the area and wanted to try something new besides the chain names, and we’re sooo glad we did. Pizza sauce and flavoring is great and they use a ton of toppings. Cheese bread is also great. Prices are very reasonable and comparable, and employees are all great. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Little Italy!

Been going here for 15 years. Just ordered a large one topping (well done) it was so sloppy It was like pizza soup. So much sauce and not cooked though, the bottom was mush. You couldn’t hold a piece, it would just fall apart. They barely cut it. It was terrible. Took 30 mins to get here from when they sent out a email saying it was on the way. We live in the subdivision behind them. Think we have to find a new place. So disappointing.

I’ve been to Buddy’s, Jet’s, and Green Lantern, but none of their squares hold a candle to Little Italy’s pizza. We got a small square with olives, mushrooms, and old fashioned pepperoni. The crust tasted like fresh focaccia bread but wasn’t very greasy at all. The baked hot wings were excellent. Spicy and similar to buffalo but better.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the ranch dressing but everything else was good!
The meal was excellent… We’ll definitely be getting pizza from here in the future.
