If you are looking for the five fisherman, make a reservation.

The little fish wine bar is a hidden gem.

Caitlin was great, as was the happy hour, $8 drinks and $1.50 oysters! Whoa!
I am really liking this East Coast tradition.

Crobster roll was excellent, as was the salmon.
Dining room was very cozy, and the bar was incredible. A must stop if you are in the area.

We had dinner at Little Fish Wine Bar & Grill and enjoyed a pleasant meal overall. While it didn’t quite match the experience we’d had earlier in the day at The Bicycle Thief, the seafood was still fresh and nicely prepared. Prices here are quite reasonable, especially compared to what you’d pay for similar dishes elsewhere in Canada. The atmosphere was relaxed, and service was friendly. A solid choice if you’re looking to enjoy seafood in the Atlantic Provinces without breaking the bank.

Went for the all you can eat mussels deal. You get about 8-10 mussels per portion and a bowl of soggy fries. Even when the fries were hot, they were somehow still soggy. We were one of two tables seated at 6:30pm on a Saturday, and we got four portions of mussels in the approximately two hours that we were there. We paid our bills and walked to Gahan House to get a good meal.

We were suggested to go in here vs the five fishermen that was upstairs (full). We decided with the options to go ahead and eat at the little fish. My husband’s meal, the seabass, was amazing and he was very happy. My surf and turf did not come rare, but medium instead, and the lobster tail meat was significantly smaller than the tail it came in, plus no butter to dip in. I also never got the glass of water for my meal that I requested. However the ambiance and decor was lovely and everyone was very friendly. A little expensive for the portions I got as well.

Super cozy place, intimate ambiance and amazing food! The menu is a “tapas inspired” menu but great for sharing and enjoying with some drinks. All food was amazing, the fish tacos, fish cakes and shrimp were fantastic and we tried the fish and chips as a main, which was to die for. They had live music with an amazing singer/guitar player that made the evening that much more enjoyable!

We have been down to Little Fish twice this summer for their happy hour and absolutely loved it. The drink menu is lovely and the oyster deal cant be beat. We love the shaded patio. Andrew was so kind and we were so impressed that he remembered us on our second visit! We will be back!

Went for all you can mussels and fries in January. It was very good and well priced, but i will have to go back and try the other items before giving this place a 5. But I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Solid lunch spot. The service and ambiance is slightly below average but the oysters are fresh and lobster delicious and that’s all you can ask for! Ps: fries were surprisingly delicious.

Five Fishermen was full, so decided to eat downstairs.
Service was great. As were the mojitos! Loved the mussels I had for dinner. They were cooked nicely (not over cooked) and the sauce was spectacular.
My husband had the surf & turf. The beef was cooked as desired and was so tender. Everything was really good. Hopefully next time we will get to try upstairs.
