The woman at the till on June 24th at 9:50pm was so incredibly kind. She was by far the nicest customer service person I’ve met. She has a very kind and welcoming presence and a caring voice. She was doing a great job. Also thank you for making the crazy bread fresh for me I appreciate it.

What a painful experience.
If you no understand English, don’t work in the food/service industry. We always order from J’s who have the best pizza AND service! My son was craving crazy bread so I thought I’d surprise him.
Won’t make that mistake again, will never order from the Sumas location again!! Too painful!

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I ordered a medium Hawaiian deep dish pizza this evening for pick up and when my husband arrived to pick it up he was told that they don’t make deep dish in medium so they made a large. Like what company would just do that without asking the customer first? I find this so bizarre. We were then told that stuffed crust is an additional $10 which we were also not told about over the phone when we ordered. We were told $24 was our total and then show up and it’s the wrong size and $10 more. Not to mention that the pizza was cold and had almost no sauce on it. When we explained about all these hidden fees and mistakes when we picked up the staff were very rude and unhelpful. We will never be ordering from ANY LITTLE CESARS AGAIN! Extremely dissatisfied by this terrible experience.

This place never fails to impress me. The food is always quality, have ordered several times and have NEVER had anything wrong with an order. Not to mention, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an order either. Perfect. The customer service is the real reason for the 5 stars though, as it is just phenomenal. Every employee I’ve talked to there has always had a smile on their face, but has always been genuine. Last time I was there, instead of some scripted departure phrase like “Have a nice day sir!” I got a simple, casual, “See you next time.” It seems a lot more genuine and natural, and the people that work there really know customer service. 10/10, would recommend any day.

No point in ordering online. Takes 8 minutes at other locations for a lunch combo, took 30 minutes from order time to given. If I went to the clearbrook location and didn’t order ahead I would have been home by the time my pizza was ready here.

Unsurprisingly bad pizza, but also make sure you’re not doing anything particularly time sensitive if you’re considering picking. The sense of urgency is lacking, to say the least. Like warm, and definitely NOT ready.
