Came in here the other night for a quick take away pizza. This was my second time at this location.I got a Canadian pizza, crazy bread and cinnamon bites. Everything was very fresh. The staff were lovely super helpful. I think I only waited 3-4 minutes. It was little busy when I came in but the wait time was unheard of! Where can you get a pizza in under 10 minutes ?!!! Joint looks clean. Will be returning and recommending !

Went into the kent street location in lindsay 2 days ago. I ordered a couple pizzas and some bread.
Cashier was very pleasant she actually help me make a choice on what kind of pizza to get (i got a veggie pizza and a supreme).
Pizzas came out in under 7 minutes and i was on my way home. Over all great experience! Was reading some of the reviews i think they are a bunch of “Karens” and over sensitive, its just pizza its not that serious…. 5 star rating from me! Keep up the good work Caesars!

So normally, I don’t complain I go into little caesars quite often and I’ve never experienced this before. So I went into little caesars tonight but I call in an order of stuff crazy bread and instead of that they gave me regular crazy bread and when I went in to ask for my order to be corrected they got super rude including the manager who was in but the one employee told me it was only going to be 10 minutes, then the manager said it was going to be 20 because apparently I was being rude. But they didn’t correct it and I didn’t get my stuff. Crazy bread because employee should be coming on Errors

I went to the Kent St Location today around 1:30. Ordered 12 Crazy Puffs as they were featured for $12.99. Never had them before but they looked really good. I also ordered a hot and ready pepperoni. I paid for it by debit. The young girl taking my order asked if I wanted my receipt. I said no that’s ok. That was my first mistake. A mother and her son from Bowmanville ordered after me, They also got the 12 Crazy Puffs and a pop. Her order came to $21 and change, She looked at her receipt and questioned the order taker. She went back and got some woman and the first thing she said was. “And what’s your problem?” WOW!!! she told her then said they would give her a credit on her next purchase, she told her she was from out of town, Well there is nothing I can do about it as it was an old sale and not in the system. Again saying there is nothing she can do. So I asked for her to check my bill, sure enough I was charged the $15.99 instead of the advertised $12.99. I told her I want my money back. just a full refund and keep your food. ” I will tell you what I just told her. You can have a credit for next time” And that the manager isn’t here for a refund, Well there must be someone here who has keys or authorization. Well there isn’t. We were both pissed at this time. How dare you talk to anyone like the way you did when it clearly was your fault. Do you or any other staff check thing out before opening. You don’t keep track of specials and dates?

I visited on Monday around 7:45-8PM, and the lady at the cash was awful. She was extremely rude, completely lacking in basic courtesy or even a hint of personality. If that’s the face of your business, wow — it leaves a terrible impression. Customer service matters, and this experience was enough to make me think twice about coming back.

Honestly really disappointed with the service here. Not sure why the ovens are turned off 15 minutes before they close, but they claim they are unable to make anything, and the only thing they have available for sale is a deep dish pizza. If you close at 10:00pm, why are you not serving anyone from 15 minutes before closing ???? The customer service in here is always super poor as well from specifically the female workers…. Really disappointing and would not recommend going here at all honestly.
