Employees here are always amazing. Every time I try to get pizza though, it ends up being a 40-60 minute wait because the owner or manager won’t pay up for reliable employees. Always just one employee working. Pretty stupid, The owner is losing customers and money by having the wait, I see many people come in and leave because of the issue. HUGE shout-out to Claudia. She is amazingly professional and hard working, being the only employee here most of the time.

Pizza order said pickup time 25 minutes when I went to pickup order at pickup time my order wasn’t even in the oven yet. It took 25 more minutes to get my order so total 50 minutes and I only ordered 2 classic pizzas nothing custom. If your order pickup time will be delayed the app should tell you new pickup time so I don’t have to waste my time waiting.

I have been waiting on my DoorDash order for over 45 minutes and another customer is waiting for her order. Both of our order have 12 pizzas a piece. She placed her order at 9 am this morning and my order was supposed to be delivered at 11:23 am here it is 12 and yet no response from the workers on how the process is going. They have walked away when I’ve been trying to ask them questions. My DoorDash order was done before hers and now she’s is requesting a refund and doesn’t get any of her pizzas. This is not how customer service should be working. Please if you’re falling behind in this work process call more people in sooner!!

I’m sick of this place. Anytime I try to call, no one answers the phone so I’m forced to order online only to show up at the shop to witness the employee on a personal call with earbuds in her ear. Today, I ordered pizza and crazy bread fresh to order, so I expected, and when I got home (I literally live a few minutes away), the crazy bread was as cold as if it had come out of the fridge and it was SLATHERED in way too much butter. I know it’s cheap, but that’s no excuse for screwing the customer.

Best pizza locally… With it being a walk in and walk out establishment, there is no atmosphere really. Service is typically fine but the staff are all very young (teens or young adults) so at times it does lack professionalism. All of that being said, I go there all the time and recommend the establishment.

I ordered 2 Italian cheese bread one of the orders looked like your typical Italian cheese bread and these did not, instead of being deep dish they were thin and crust was totally different and one of the bread sticks was full of grease! First time I ordered from this location and last time I’ll go there.

Little Cesar’s use to be a go to because although it’s not the best pizza ever, you’d get what you paid for. It was known for having cheap pizza you could grab on the go. Now it is definitely not worth getting at all. I understand inflation is a big thing these days, but if you’re going to raise the price so much on a one topping pizza, at least take the time to make it better. This review goes to all locations. At this point it is actually cheaper to go get a large 3 topping pizza from dominos that’s make with a little better quality than it is to get a 3 meat from here. It’s just sad. That and their hot and ready pizzas are not got and ready most of the time anymore, so it’s more worth it to wait for a specialty pizza that’s $1.50 more, or just go somewhere else.
