Tonight I accidentally ordered my pizza for the next day and I didn’t know how to cancel my order. I called the store and a very polite guy answered and assured me he would figure it out and also make the pizza for me right away. We headed to Pullman from Moscow and arrived at the store at about 8:03PM, right as they started turning off the lights. I quickly checked what time they closed and I saw they were closing at 8PM tonight. I decided to call again and the same guy answered, he was so considerate of us and told us he had our food waiting inside and that we were welcome to come in, after they had closed. When we went inside he was very quick to hand us our food and he apologized for the mix up. I wish we would’ve gotten his name because that guy deserves a raise!! Phenomenal customer service at this location, they went above and beyond for me tonight. 🙂

Outstanding service, great Pizza. We had a late Doctors appointment and had to order something to bring home. My Wife and I decided to order a thin crust pepperoni pizza, a deep dish half cheese and pepperoni and an order of Crazy Cheese Stuffed bread with marinara sauce. To die for.
There is handicapped parking, the store is visible from the road with plenty of parking. And there is a handicapped friendly entrance.
We highly recommend this store. You will love it.

The pizza is watery sauce and paper thin pepperonis on undercooked bread, but that would be fine if anything was actually ‘hot and ready’ in this place. My time is valuable and they are selling the convenience of having a ready product. I pay money, they hand over nearly decent pizza, and I leave. That’s how it’s suppose to go, but this place is a gamble, one that I have lost for the last time. When I went in there tonight the place was empty. I ordered a ‘hot and ready’ pan pizza, and was told sorry, ten minutes. Okay, it would take me that long to go somewhere else and get something, so I bit my tongue and waited. I sat there for fifteen minutes while customer after customer came in, every one of them waiting from three to five minutes on their various ‘hot and ready’ pizza-like products. They staff only started the pizza’s when they were ordered, so it seems deliberate.I have been down this road three times now and strike three is all you get. I was promised pizza and convenience for $8 and I got fifteen minutes of teeth grinding on a bench for a pizza worth $2. So long, Little Liar’s. I’ll never spin that gamblin’ wheel and lose my time to your garbage again.

Little Caesars has the best prices In town. A delicious cheese or pepperoni pizza costs about $6, less than a frozen pizza of the same quality. This isn’t the best pizza I’ve had, and for the sake of quick service they are premade. But if you are like me and enjoy your pie right out of the oven, they will gladly make you a fresh pizza. They don’t deliver, which is fine in my opinion since that keeps their costs down giving their customers a great deal on a surprisingly yummy meal.

You know it is Little Caesars Pizza, not a sit down place. My expectations are I get a good deal, you get a greasy pizza and enjoy it. If fast greasy pizza at a great deal isn’t your thing, I would recommend other pizzas in The area. Service was great, people nice and quick.

My husband brought me some bread sticks today. He said they made them fresh and with plenty of butter and Parmesan. The only problem I have with them is they were overcooked. The last few times he brought me some, they were overcooked.
My suggestion is new employees need to be taught not to overcook them. They should barely be golden brown when pulled out. Thank you.
P.S. Reading resent reviews mentioning new ownership that doesn’t seem to care, I don’t think we will visit your store again. At least the last owner tried to make things right. He cared.

Ordered pizza online. When pizza came back to your work place it was not done correctly at all. Friend is severely allergic to one of the items that’s why we got it on half the pizza. I called and told them about their error and I told them our ticket even says exactly what to put on which sides of the pizza, and representative said they were really crazy busy and were just trying to get pizzas out of the door bc of lunchtime. Didn’t even offer a solution or anything. Not going back if doesn’t care about customers and specific orders to adhere to.

My first time at this place…I was charged a different price from what I order and the cashier could not explain why but her manger came up with an excuse….No pizza was ready when I arrive but I was charged more just to make half of my pepperoni pizza with just cheese which was only 4 slices.
The wings were chewy and the tiniest I’ve ever had …why serve wings without the veggie or at least the dip which should have been included with the price.
