Staff is always nice and helpful but quality needs improvement and consistency, I got home and received the first bag (#1), went back for a replacement and a team member was apologetic and gave me another bag (#2), 2nd bag was a bit better but still doesn’t look as good as they used to be at all

I order a Thin crust extra sauce, received a thin crust normal sauce. We called and let joscelyn know that the pizza was not extra sauce. She didn’t believe us and would not fix the order. Update: after a month of getting the runaround we received a call today from the New Store Manager, and she made everything right. We are pleased and will be giving this place another shot. Sometimes a change in Management is all thats need for a business to thrive. Now if the fix the sauce from not being watery this place will be 5 starts. Thank you .

This place is the worst pizza place in Grandview. I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza and its horrible, the sauce cups are filled half way, and are watery; This isnt the first time either. The management does not care, and allows pizzas like this (see picture) to leave the store. I guarantee there will be no follow-up from ownership. Tomorrow is a big Boxing Match on PPV, and I’m done giving this place the benefit of doubt. If you are visiting Grandview; there is a pizza hut in town or Dominos in prosser delivers to Grandview stay far away from this place. Tonight is the last straw, and you have lost the business of a family of 6.

The crazy bread was literally just baked bread…. Barely and butter or cheese they sprinkle on it! No one ate it! The quality lately has gone downhill! We used to frequent quite a bit, but not so much since the quality of the pizzas and crazy bread isn’t what it used to be! Im now editing my review! My husband went to get pizza, wings and soda. Our total came close to $50. He tried to pay with $100 bill cash. They said that they couldn’t help him because they had no change!!! Seriously I understand if I bought a five dollar item and tried to pay with $100 but it was literally almost $50. You can’t tell me you can’t change that and turned away our service when we drove 20 minutes from the country to get there!!! BOOOOO on your customer service and caring about your customers! The teenagers they hire, most of them act like they could care less… maybe you should start hiring adults and not teenagers… sadly! they don’t seem to care these days.

Employees lack active listening. Called in to place an order girl put me on hold came back to me and couldn’t hear me for some reason and hung up. I thought it was my phone so I redialed and by some miracle she could hear me, I had to repeat my simple order of 1 stuffed crust pizza and crazy breads 3 times. When I arrived I stated clearly that I called in an order and what it was and the name I gave when i called in my order. She made the mistake of thinking I was trying to place an order because you guessed it… she was not listening. After explaining once again that I called in an order she proceeds to hand me my order only for me to realize that she had incorrectly made me a regular pizza instead of a stuffed crust pizza. Did not want to wait so I just left with the wrong pizza. I think they need employees who can follow simple instructions or maybe they should turn down the loud ass music I could hear from the drive thru window.

I ordered 2 basic pizzas, and was waiting near 28 minutes. I don’t believe it even takes that long in a restaurant for fresh food being cooked. Couldn’t help to notice even the girls working there didn’t look like they socialize with each other. No greeting or friendly smiles nothing. Not the kind of place I’ll be returning to

I’ve visited your Grandview store multiple times and noticed it’s always uncomfortably hot inside far hotter than other businesses. When I asked an employee about it, they admitted the temperature inside was 89 degrees while there is a large oven that is 500 degrees on and said the owners refuse to properly fix the AC and looks like they just have a cheap fans for cold air.

This isn’t just an inconvenience for customers it’s a health and safety issue for workers forced to labor in extreme heat around ovens all day. I’m shocked the owners would ignore this, especially when food safety and employee wellbeing are at risk. Isn’t this a violation of workplace health standards?

I urge you to address the AC issue immediately for both customer comfort and employee rights. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. A pizza chain shouldn’t feel like a sauna.

I urge the employees to contact OSHA. Owners basically refusing to fix the AC for years.
