I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars in Longview, Washington. The customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve dealt with. The staff seemed irritated that customers were even there, and no one was willing to help or answer simple questions about my order.
On top of that, the support after the issue was just as bad. When I brought up a problem with my order, it felt like no one cared. There was no apology, no attempt to fix it properly, and no effort to make things right. It was very frustrating to spend money somewhere and feel completely dismissed.
I understand places get busy, but basic respect and communication shouldn’t disappear because of it. I won’t be returning to this location unless there are serious improvements in how customers are treated.

My Mother ordered pizza for my sons birthday party for the next day in advance and Accidentally set the order for SAME DAY instead, The 2 women on the phone with her were very rude and disrespectful, refused any sort of Compromise on an Honest mistake, refused a Refund and refused to remake pizzas and wanted her to pick up almost 4 hour old pizzas that were dried out when she lives 45 minutes away from the location. Just upset and irritated at how they professionally handled the situation. Could have been handled with more respect and understanding, now my mother will never be buying pizza from this location again and I wont either as a regular customer for years due to the rude customer service. (My Boyfriend went in person to talk about this mishap and there was a Different Manager on shift than the one my mom spoke with on the phone and This manager handled it way better with Grace, Understanding and Respect so thank you to her for turning it around, He didn’t get the Name) just writing this review as a reminder to be kind and respectful instead of coming at someone with Anger and disrespect. It goes a long way.

I did an online order and somehow they made it the wrong day, probably my own fault. So I called the store and said something. The first girl was incredibly rude and pass the phone off to someone else, and she was not very friendly either. Apparently, my order was sitting in a warmer for over 4 hours and she would not give me a refund. I guess they didn’t notice that the pizza was sitting in there that long, I don’t know. But you would think that she would try to make the situation right instead of being rude. So now I’m out my money. I’m not going back there, I will be ordering somewhere else for the proper day, it is supposed to be for my autistic grandson’s birthday party. Somehow, the wrong day was entered, possibly I did it myself. Anyways, ordering from WinCo, after wasting my money on nothing. Rudeness was not necessary.

I’m done ordering from here. What’s the point of having options in your app if you aren’t going to follow them? Light sauce means LIGHT sauce. It’s always gushing out from under the cheese. Maybe you like that and I say good for you, but it’s gross.

Husband got home with the one pizza we ordered, it was completely wrong nothing I ordered on it was correct, had to call 12 times, was hung up on after a minute of waiting on each call. But finally got an awnser on the 12th time. Was told by the manager he would talk to my husband on getting a refund when he came back to the store with the wrong pizza. Then told him they couldn’t give him a refund. I understand they are most likely understaffed, but come on!

The people that work here have no customer service skills. Be prepared, they will overcharge you and completely mess up your order then get mad at you for it I completely understand that they were super busy tonight and had a lot of orders but when I let them know that this isn’t the pizza that we ordered and it also has no sauce on it, they refused to fix it and give us what we paid for because they were busy and didn’t have time to re make it right. The lady at the front taking orders was also super rude and shouldn’t even be socializing with customers.

Stopped here on the way home to grab dinner. This was the first time we’d had the pizza puffs. Based on the food we received (see pics), we likely won’t be back. It’s a shame, really. I included with and without the flash so the food can be seen clearly.

Worst pizza ever and they for got my pepperoni. Cause doesn’t even start for two inches past the crust and she told me cheese is a topping so if you order a two topping pizza the cheese couts as a topping.

Pizza was basically raw. See pictures below. I shouldn’t have to take home my already cooked pizza and re cook it. It took 20 minutes for them to make me a raw pizza?! We weren’t going to get fast food but I just got over the flu after just getting over Covid and I’m forking tired! Fork that shirt I won’t come here again. Or make it right and I’ll fix my review.
