Hot n ready inconsistent. If there are hot n ready options available, they’re not hot. It you order one it’s not ready.
I’ve been surprised more than once with an unexpected 25+ minute wait after ordering. If the hot n ready options aren’t ready they really should inform you at the time of ordering!

Over 30 dollars to get cold and burn pizza and bread still are hard as a rock and my dipping sauce is frozen and try to as for a new fresh pizza and I get the old one throw back at me.

Placed an order around 11am for pickup at 2:45 we arrive and they haven’t even started the order. We left after 20min and I finally got a email around 3:30pm it was ready. Tried calling to get a refund bc at that point we ended up going to Pizza Hut. Have not responded to us.

Only this specific location. The workers are hard to understand and communicate with. My last straw was the superbowl day. I ordered 4 pizzas a day in advance to be ready at 2:45 pm. The pizzas were not even started when I walked in. I didn’t get my pizzas until 3:40pm. Other people we’re waiting and getting their food before me. I’m never coming back to this location.

Asked for made fresh to order. Looked me straight in the face, said ok. then proceeds to give me food thats been sitting in the warmer…..
Edit: 2 of the 3 orders of chicken wings i had were missing wings. The date is 1/7/26 the owner or manager really should quality check this location. The workers here really dont care at all. Pathetic excuse of a location

Horribly long wait time for nothing. Me and my older brother went in for two pies and some crazy bread. Told us it would be 15-20 minutes. Sounds reasonable enough. 30 minutes go by and we’re still trying to get someone’s attention just to ASK where the pizzas were. Horrible service, horrible wait times.

If i could give a negative review I would i waited 30 mins for an order they said would take 15 and it was a simple order 2 stuffed crust pizza and 2 crazy bread about ten of those minutes I sepnt at the front counter being ignored when I was trying to ask how much longer.

Laced an order for delivery. I knew it would take a while. After almost two hours I’m sent a message that it was picked up and on the way. Then I recover a message saying it was cancelled. I waited two hours for them to just cancel order, all the while expecting the food to get delivered. Customer service wasn’t that much of a help in the situation. All they could do is refund my money and tell met call the store to reorder. When I called the store, all they did was transfer me to who knows who that couldn’t guarantee that my order would get to me. They had over two hours to tell me if they were unable to deliver my order.
