Store is extremely unsanitary, with visible rodent feces across the floor and counters. The environment is dirty, foul, and completely unacceptable for a business serving food or handling customer transactions. In addition, the staff repeatedly attempts to short-change customers by small amounts (.25 to $1.00), clearly hoping people won’t notice.
What makes the experience even worse is the blatant lack of respect shown toward American customers. The staff demonstrates clear bias, treating non-local or non-ethnic customers with noticeably poorer service and dismissive attitudes. Interactions feel hostile, unwelcoming, and discriminatory.
Overall, this place is a health hazard, poorly managed, and displays unprofessional and prejudiced customer service practices. I would strongly recommend avoiding this establishment if you value your money, your health, or basic respect.

I am temporarily disabled and in a wheelchair. The access to the building in a wheelchair is not stable. When I placed my online order, I put i had accessibility issues and I also called them to advise of the disability. I asked them if the order was ready and I politely asked if they could bring it outside the door and that I was in a wheelchair.
I got such a run around and was told to walk in, hard to do when my legs are affected.
Then the man hung up on me. Frustrating of how they treat the people having challenging situations.
After getting up on a broken sidewalk and pushing things aside on the sidewalk to roll down it and struggle with the door which a nice person helped me open the door, I told the woman and she couldn’t understand the simplicity of my concerns, telling her how thr male worker hung up on me when clearly explained, she held the door open for me, prob because she felt bad.
But let me tell you, as a prior little cesars employee in lakewood.. I would of never treated someone struggling like I did. You will never understand how hard it is until you have to be in a wheelchair chair. And I’ve gone back to the lakewood and noticed a new crew all the same ethicinity as what I saw at this location also at the lakewood, so possibly it was sold to a new group of people, ive driven some of these employees home (lyft driver) and as a buisness owner i would still never mistreat you even with any communication issue, because im sure a wheelchair and me struggling is very visual.
I know your franchised but I’ll be sure to let little Caesars know abt your ADA accommodations which are protected.

I had a gift card and called ahead after being told by my nearby location they were unable to take gift cards. This store was polite, took my order over the phone (which the previous store also refused) and I was able to use my gift card. My order was ready within 15 minutes and delicious. Highly recommend this location.

WORST Little Ceasers I’ve ever been to. Ordered online so tobve sure tobnot have to wait. Got there and was told I had to wait 10 min. 45min later I finally got my pizza. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time? And the manager has the personality of a wet paper bag. Screw this place.

please go some where else this place is difficult to order from because when i try to order in person the is a language barrier. I ask for a fresh new pizza and they will try hand me a pizza from that warm oven thing. I would have to ask them I want a different pizza because those pizzas usual sit there for a while. I have given them many chances. its not like this was the first time. my order keeps getting messed up.

I ordered a pizza and wings tonight, this was the only little Caesar’s pizza I could find open late, my food was ready before the estimated time which was 9:27-9:32pm my pizza was ready at 9:23pm. Pizza was super hot, looked freshly made not old, everything I ordered and the sauces were placed in the pizza portal. The food was delicious.
The store was clean and the workers were also cleaning while I was there. It was late on a Tuesday so there was no customers it was quiet. I liked this location and recommend.

On the positive the pizza was hot and fresh. However the pizza was not cut all the way through and was too hot to tear apart without losing all the toppings. They had no disposible utensils for me to cut the pizza and no atempt was made to rectify the issue. Maybe it was just a fault on the day I was there but it was frustrating

I tried to give this location another shot but I won’t be returning again. Orders are severely delayed, and every time I’ve been here, I’ve encountered at least 2 other people waiting on overdue orders (I’m talking 1hr+). Even if this is the closest location to you, it’s better to drive a bit further so you won’t be waiting a ridiculous amount of time.

They charged me twice. Guy said I needed to tap my card again and I told him no I’m not having them charge me a 3rd time. Payment was pending and what do you know, both payments processed. Guy tried telling me nothing printed on his end and that’s why it didn’t go through. Maybe they were out of paper?!! Now I’m having to dispute with my bank. Called earlier and a lady answered and put me on hold for 45min. Smfh. Ridiculous! If you want to be scammed this is the place to go!!
