Been here twice first time was great second time we had to recut all 4 pizzas. One was cut in 4 big peaces the rest not cut through at all. It’s just frustrating expecting to get the pizzas home and feed hungry grand kids right away.

I had the utmost rudest experience ever at this place. I had called 40 minutes before they closed to place an order where they told me we are not taking phone orders at the moment which is understandable. I then said “if I came in at 9:35 would you be able to take my order?” They said “if the door is not locked”, and that was it, I got there doors were not locked. There were people in the lobby waiting for their food. It took about five minutes for someone to come out and they still ignored me so I went up to the cash register and ask can I place an order they said “what do you want” with a rude manner and I said my order and also implied i wanted a stuff crust but that if they couldn’t do it, it was okay no worries he said no then later asked if i had wanted it i said “yes please but if too much than its okay” he then went on to complain about how much work that is and like i had said before it was no issue if they couldn’t. He then left did not give me a receipt. I wa ited for my order to come out when it came out, it was more than I had ordered. I said this is not what I ordered. They said yes it is and they try to fight me on what I had ordered because they got my words mixed up even though I was very clear with my words he then said, can you show me your receipt but he had never given me my receipt because he had walked away after taking my order he then looked on the counter and found my receipt that he had not given me after he tried to say multiple times that he had given it to me. He then said do you want a refund? I said yes because this is not what I had ordered he said OK well if you want to refund, I have to refund the whole thing I said OK can you do that and then I would just pay for what I had ordered and then during this entire time he’s rolling his eyes at me multiple times and has the rudest tone no politeness at all. he ended up saying would you like some promotions instead of a refund, I had gotten free stuff that they were just needed off the racks, he threw it onto my pizza and so basically it all fell on the floor outside when i picked it up.

Been in before, no issues. Went a few days ago on Feb. 17th, ordered several items and got home to discover I didn’t get my pizza muffin puffs. Call the store. Sit on hold, with an annoying as hell ad playing on repeat for TWENTY MINUTES. Hang up. Call and get the AI corporate bullshit.
Get ahold of someone from corporate line, who promises to call the store direct to connect me. Sit on corporate hold for five minutes, get connected, and dumped right back onto hold with awful repeating ad. Wait on hold for 10 minutes. Nothing. Hang up. Call. Corporate mumbles somethings at me, then tells me all they can do is nothing, I have to go to the store the next day to complain. I wasted nearly 40 minutes on a 5 dollar item that should’ve taken two minutes to fix.
Now, go look at the other negative reviews that are being completely ignored by the owners, while said owners praise the three or four good reviews. These owners don’t care about their customers. The employees don’t either.
TL:DR, Take your business literally anywhere else.

Ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza. They threw a bunch of salt on a regular non stiffed crust pepperoni. This used to be a good place. Now I’ll never order from here again. I will avoid this place from now on. Should have read the recent reviews before getting scammed by the new management. People pay extra for stuffed crust. Little Caesars needs to remove their franchise from this place. It’s giving them a really bad name .

I walked in to get a grab and go pizza,pepperoni. I asked him do they have two pepperonis to go. He said yes. I’m sitting here waiting 10 minutes now. Clearly he did not understand English. Very frustrating, as my ice cream cake is melting in the car..

Ordered at 8:40pm. Just ordered the simple pepperoni and a cheese. There was a little stick inside the cheese pizza and multiple hairs in the pepperoni. I wish I could post pictures with this review. This location gives a nasty taste for the name brand little Ceasars. Don’t eat there. SHUT them down!!

Love me some Little Caesars. I enjoy their pizzas from new promotions to old staple hot n ready and my favorite meat is sausage regardless of what I order I make sure to always get a sausage one. When ordering online they always have the pizza fast, staff are friendly and in this economy you can’t beat their prices.

Came for a pretzel pizza. It’s been years. Read the reviews but came anyway due to it being the closest location. Nothing was ready, yet 4 people working. Told a 10 min wait and it took nearly 30 minutes. Whaxat I received was a regular pepperoni pizza with salt thrown on top of it. Pretzel pizza had Pretzel crust (duh) and cheese sauce. Pure incompetence at this location. I chose not to go back in because I had no faith they would get it right the second time or even understand and care that they didn’t do it right the first time.
Papa John’s is right around the corner.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and always had good experiences. The new management replaced the entire staff, and now basically none of the people at the register can understand your order unless it’s REALLY basic. I’ve started just placing my order through the app instead, just to avoid the frustrating language barrier. Today when I went in, the Crazy Sauce I ordered was half full. I asked for a full one, and the guy just kept telling me “they tell us” to only fill it that much, and he can’t fill it more. Eventually he got another employee to come talk to me and she said the same thing. Finally, they agreed to just fill the sauce cup. I’m done with this location until they change management again.
