Called 45 minutes ahead still had to wait over 10 minutes. My pizza was made incorrectly and cold. I am allergic to pepperoni which is why I ordered half specifically as a Hawaiian which was NOT done they made a 3 meat and randomly threw pineapple on it so I couldn’t eat. Then they were very rude charged me for 2 crazy sauce, turned around and said “we don’t have any” didn’t offer a refund or anything. I dont appreciate being charged for $40 in food in can’t eat. It clearly shows the 2 boys working tonight have NO work ethic and were busy playing on their phones. Not impressed or happy at all!

There’s a pizza, half pepperoni and half cheesy bread with bacon. I asked the gentleman ( kid)at the counter if instead of pepperoni, could I have sausage, and he said, no. I said, then can I have no pepperoni. He said no. I ordered the Pizza the way they make it. A yanked all the cheese off trying to get the pepperoni off. I will never, ever ever go back here again. The food is good but the customer service is terrible. Their pizza portal screen doesn’t work, so an employee has to get the pizza for you. Yet I’m usually left waiting up front while 2 guys make a pizza in the back & act like they dont see me waiting. Then the short little manager guy walks around looking like he’s busy and doesn’t have time to take my pizza out. It’s like you’re bugging them by asking them to do their job. Once again terrible customer service.. the good reviews must be these kids relatives

I guess the “Hot and Ready” pizzas no longer exist, like they used to with Little Caesar’s. It seems like nothing is ready, the last several times I’ve went in there. I can understand you don’t want wasted product, but then don’t advertise this. I wish they would sell pizza by the slice, but I guess that’s only in Vancouver BC.
