There’s a reason why I don’t tip these guys!
Gave them more chances and once again some nasty pizza! Raw and old so I am definitely takingn this to the health department. I had to toss it out! And $9 for 4 piece brownies? Not even handmade. I should of gone with dominos!
I would be careful with all the different fees they charge. They charge 6 different fees! Is that llegal?

A location so good I travel the extra distance to pick up my pizza here. Always get my order right, a soft delicious crust, and certainly worth more than what I pay.
If you struggle to enjoy it, try air frying it. It is best hot, and delivery can only do so much.

It had been a long time since I had ordered anything from Little Ceasars but I was tired of the usual places and their inconsistencies. So, I placed my order and was truly surprised! Unlike my poor experience years ago this was so fantartic! It was hot, had great flavor, and as one can see from my photo it was deliciously covered in melted cheese!! Amazing!! Makes me want more now to be honest! Then when you add in how helpful and amazing the service is there I had to take some time and share with all of you! So, if you’re looking for something delicious, hot, and are over the back and for inconsistent performance of the major chains… this is the place to go!! I’ll be back soon I am certain! Thanks !!

The restaurant itself is modern with a convenient location in a strip mall. Good experience in terms of food however in terms of service staff forgot about me after they took my order for at least 10-15 minutes. Besides that it was good pizza for the price. I always enjoy the speed of a Hot N Ready pizza from this chain, unfortunately I had a much longer wait because they were not aware I was waiting for an order I had placed and already paid for with a cashier. Another customer who walked in and placed order at counter right before me was served quickly and I waited patiently for awhile placing my order directly after her. She was served by same employee pretty fast. And even though I paid and waited with no concerns, the employee I ordered with didn’t communicate to the one serving me I was there and waiting for my order. I was asked why I was waiting there and I had to inform him the other gentleman had taken my order already. In that time they picked up the pace and I was served. There was no one else in lobby besides me during the time of my ordering- I was there alone and they were only dealing with online orders. Disappointing customer service for me.
Cleanliness could be improved, as you can see from my pictures the mats needed swept or vacuumed in the evening. The counters weren’t bad, at least. Since it’s the food industry I thought this opportunity to improve was worth noting.

Not sure if they changed how they make their deep dish pizza but I’ve never gotten one that looks like this. Waited 20 minuets which I didn’t mind at first, but then they came to ask the name on our order again and told us they forgot to put our pizza in and to be given this was very disappointed.
Ended up bringing it back and just getting something else to eat.

Same pizza, I swear the prices have increased since last time I ordered a pizza from here. No problem, I didnt let that get me bent out of shape. I spent all morning working up a sweat helping a friend move, on our way back we saw the sign and decided to pull over for some good hot yummy pizza.!! Smells awesome I cant wait to sink my teeth into my pizza. I think I was hangry. Anyways , food was good. Wait time was longer than I expected but in the end I was fed and happy so no need to complain about nothing. All went as planned, happy customer!

Wow. Just noticed the ad for Cheesesteak Crazy Puffs during Sunday’s NFL LA Rams v Philly Eagles game. The item caught my attention, so I went online for a closer look. The general description sounds good, the compactness and ease of handling/eating is appealing, and the price point acceptable at $3.99 for 4. Problem is the website will NOT recognize my zip code, thus stalling out my inquiry/ active interest point-blank… The site refuses to generate the list of locations near me (of which there are a few)! This totally nixed my ability to pursue inquiry or create an order. I’m disappointed!! ** The Franchisees in the area need to make a BIG stink that Corporate’s website is Not working for them, but ensuring a lack of engagement with interested, potential patrons!!! **

I ordered the pizza online and picked it up from the pizza portal. It being during Pandemic time, I chose to not check the pizza before walking out of the store.
When I got home, I opened it up to this! It looks like it’s been dropped and kicked (or drop kicked), all the toppings squished on the left side. Do they not know, an integral part of food industry success is PRESENTATION??
Not only was the appearance of my pizza an EPIC FAIL, but it was also undercooked! The crust had no stability, floppy like a room-temperature piece of bologna! I had to pop the pizza into the oven at home to finish cooking the crust all the way through.
If I wanted this experience, I would have ordered a <$4 raw uncooked pizza from McDonalds! Oh wait, that’s right, MCDONALDS DOESN’T SERVE PIZZAS!!

We ordered a pizza online. We showed up 10 minutes later than expected and our pizza still wasn’t ready. They had forgotten our order and then quickly threw the pizza together. When we got home we found that the pizza was burned. We attempted to call the store but they just said, “Sorry about that,” and hung up on us. Go to another store. These guys deserve to shut down.

Whoever the night crew lead was on July 21 that decided it was okay 38 min early to not make any made to order food I hope you get a write up or talked to after this review. I’m coming off a greyhound for 2 days and I all wanted some crazy puffs. And I come in at 9:22 for you tell me you’re not making any more food is outrageous. How long does it take to make 4 puffs? Don’t even get me started w the other 2 customers she told the same thing. Now $ is lost. There is no way your manager should be letting you guys decline food orders 40 min before closing. That’s the job you applied for, now I gotta suffer bc of the nights crew laziness. It’s Monday, she was tryna shut the kitchen down like it was Super Bowl Sunday…….
