I called once and asked if they still had the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I was told yes but it would be $15.99 because it was no longer on special. I called back and said I wanted to place an order and checked again I could get the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I was assured again the same as the previous call. I then ordered it by name. Also after I finished ordering, the person who works there even read my order back to me and said, “stuffed crazy crust cheese pizza”. However, when I didn’t see anything on the crust. I even tried a piece thinking maybe you’d can’t see it, but would taste it. However, it just tasted like regular plain crust. When i called the store about the issue I was told if I could come in right then they could apply it to my pizza. Though I couldn’t drive due to a migraine and my stepfather who picked up the order had gone to an event and wouldn’t be back till late. I was told there was nothing they could do for me if we couldn’t come back right then. When I brought up how I was told the high price was due to getting the special pizza they said that’s the normal price for a regular stuffed crust pizza, even though the receipt says “Custom stuffed crust”, not “Stuffed crust”. When I told them I never would’ve ordered the pizza for $16 if it was just a regular stuffed crust pizza, they just said sorry about that. They said the person I called and placed my order with must’ve been confused and misunderstood when placing my order. Which is strange since I specifically said stuffed crazy crust pizza twice and they repeated it back to me. I see this as bait and switch since I didn’t get what I ordered, especially after I was assured by staff while ordering that I would get the stuffed crazy crust pizza. We used to go here regularly, but after this experience my family and I won’t be back since we find this to be unethical behavior.

The good thing is you don’t have to interact with employee you just scan your code and pickup your order. The other good thing it is cheap. The bad thing is food quality it doesn’t taste good or bad it has no taste at all at least the cheese pizza. The cheese puffs tasted good.

The service was good. The atmosphere is okay it is next to a Safeway store which has sketchy characters around but relatively safe. The food is inexpensive it was less than $10 for large pizza and ranch dressing! Tasted okay initially! However few hours later it gave me stomach problems that lasted 24 hours. This was my first time at Little Caesar.

Rundown plaza. Had a person outside the door ask for a handout. Ordered online and used their automated system to pick up food.

Service was friendly, but the food was awful. I’ve been getting cheesy bread at Little Caesars locations for a couple of years. This was the first time I went to this one. The cheese on top of the bread was as thin as paper, and the bread smelled and tasted like it was cooked in rancid grease. I’ve also never been charged separately for the marinara before when getting cheesy bread….

Tried ordering over the phone but the deal is wanted was only if I placed online order. I ordered incorrectly as the website was confusing. When I got the wrong order the manager said I couldn’t as that was what I placed online. – I tried to explain that my change was simply adding more to the order and not returning anything I already received. Seemed rushed and as if there was absolutely nothing they could do to get my order corrected.
