When going into your little Caesars at my local location store #10419 and while there at 4:05pm MST I watched one of the associates at the location use his spatula as a pointing device using it to touch an item on the top shelf to ask his associate to get it down then proceed to use the spatula that was on the top shelf to scrape food off a cooking sheet. Right after then proceed to set the items on the top shelf directly on the breadsticks (not the box) he was scraping on top of the physical bread stick itself proceeding to follow this action by moving the boxes off the bread sticks to clear way grabbing the butter canister and also setting it directly on the bread stick the gross leaking container that was on the lowest shelf by the floor. Then proceeded to grab the breadsticks with the same spatula putting those same bread sticks into the warming area. I reported this to the associate on duty and he made a smug grossed out face and then proceeded to grab them and give them to the next customer. Im really worried that this is common practice and my food was also spoiled and i wasted $30 on food that i was to worried to eat after seeing this gross of putting gross products directly on peoples food while 2 other associates see it and say nothing is something else.

Went in for a lunch meal called crazy puff meal for 5.99. They told me it was not avaliable for me to purchase, that it was clearly on the menu in front of the employee. He insisted that I could not get it because it was only avaliable if you bought a large pizza. Clearly this was a meal for 5.99 he was just being lazy he then stated it was a 15 min wait, I said ok, he then proceeded to say it was not avaliable. Man very poor service at a sketchy location.

The pizza is consistently good, and I’ve never had a terrible experience with the Ontario branch. Only reason I say “good” not “great” is because sometimes you end up with slightly old pizza if you order at the wrong time of the day. Generally pretty good though.

This year pretzel pizza has returned and isn’t pretzel crust at all. They add salt to make it seem as though, and try to tell you it’s just not deep golden like the pictures. Wrong! It truly ISN’T even the pretzel crust!

1 Star – What happened to Little Caesars?

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and crazy bread with sauce through the app. When I got there, the food was ready—but not in the pickup portal like it should’ve been, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I finally get my order, open the box, and immediately see the pizza has regular crust, not pretzel. On top of that, I realize they forgot my dipping sauce too.

So I go back inside to make it right. I wait in line for 15 minutes just to explain the issue, and they tell me it’ll be another 15 minutes to remake the pizza. At this point I ask for fresh breadsticks too since everything’s delayed, and remind them again about the missing sauce. I wait another 20 minutes standing around. We’re now over 45 minutes deep for a fast food pickup.

Finally, the new pizza is ready—or so I thought. I open it right there in front of the cook… and it’s the exact same wrong crust again. I tell him it’s still not pretzel dough. He says, “You want to watch me put the salt on it?” I’m like, no, man—this isn’t about salt. I point to the pretzel pizza picture behind him and show him the one he just handed me—they’re clearly different.

He insists it’s all the same dough now. I told him I’ve had it before and it’s not supposed to look like that. At this point, I just asked for a refund and left. Nearly an hour wasted at Little Caesars.

I got on Reddit afterward to see if I was crazy, and nope—it turns out this has been happening at other locations too. Some folks are saying Little Caesars changed the dough but didn’t tell anyone, and now they’re just slapping salt on a regular crust and calling it pretzel. If that’s true… that’s shady.

Little Caesars, we want answers. If you’re changing up the product, tell your customers. This isn’t it.
