This was a baffling experience. We’re from out of town and my boyfriend wanted pizza. Pizza took a while and we ordered 2 crazy breads and a pretzel crust pizza. The pizza they gave us was appalling. You can’t tell me this is pretzel crust .
And the kitchen was dirty.
Although, applause for The red haired girl I think named Arianna she is doing great. She’s doing a fantastic job keeping that place together.

I ordered 8 pizzas delivered for my daughter’s birthday party yesterday. The pizza arrived and 4/8 of the pizzas were completely burnt—-not eatable at all. I tried calling many times—-no answer. Tried submitting something online——no answer. There is absolutely NO excuse for this at all.

Poorly staffed, seemed to have little knowledge and time proficiency. Girl with red hair was trying and super apologetic for our 30/45 min wait and even offered free treats. They were out of alfrado pizza saud for cheesesteak pizza. Another wait. We got supreme and that was pathetic and sad. 2 pieces of bell peppers, literly. Pile of mushrooms, literly. Posted photo in their photos. Atmosphere was unkept, disorganized. They need better management and more training.

WARNING!!! I am a DoorDash driver. Went to pickup order, the person in the store was so far behind, waited 15 mins, unassigned from that order. The most disgusting scene I’ve witnessed at a food establishment….the kid had long hair hang in his face, continually running his hand thru his hair to pull it back, handling money at the front counter. He would return to make pizza, reaching in the cheese, run his hand thru his hair, reach into the vegetables place on pizza. Bare hands, no gloves and no washing of hands. This is so unsanitary, recommend not visiting this establishment!!

I came in to grab two pizzas and a thing of crazy bread, on my app it says i can get free crazy bread with a purchase of two pizzas. Chris the MANAGER tried helping me when the app would not work. instead of him honoring the apps deal he refused to help me any further so i ended up paying for the crazy bread. its only 5 dollars but for a manager to not try and help a paying customer is crazy i work for Les Schwabs where the employees do everything in there power to help the paying customers i guess little ceasers management doesn’t hold an expectation as far as quality customer service. chris was no help from the start and would rather stare at his computer then look me in the eyes. i honestly dont understand how someone so lazy can get a manager position.

Service is terrible, they will say your order is ready but upon arrival there will be missing items, time expectations given can be safely multiplied by 5-8x and you still might not get the right item. Spoke with management after the fact because I was given the wrong pizza about a refund $9-10 but was told the GM had to call me and discuss one week later still no call dont waste your time or money on cold food with a manager who hides and avoids helping customers up front. Good luck getting them on the phone either, might be easier to phone a dead relative.

The reason I’m doing this is not because of the food, the pizza is good. It’s because of a driver they have with a gray Toyota Tacoma with decals of little Caesar’s license plate is 093 PAG. Incident occurred north of Terrebone, Oregon passing the bridge south where the passing lanes are and where lately a lot of accidents and deaths have occurred. He was violently and dangerously passing vehicles in and out of traffic going at a high rate of speed over 75 mph for sure. Almost hitting a vehicle/truck at the end of the passing lane because he wanted to get in front. He didn’t gain or save anytime doing these maneuvers he was still stuck in the back of more traffic there. he could have caused another accident or death on highway 97 just because he was in a hurry. I also called the Redmond, Oregon location where I saw him head to and called the store to talk to the manager and she seemed to not care of what had happened. At that moment she gave the phone over to this guy (“I never asked to speak to”) and he started yelling and assuming things so we had an altercation. This is really unprofessional coming from this company and dangerous that is why I’m posting this to let people know to be aware of this driver they have.

I called the remond little caesars that’s attached to fred meyeron VeteransWay. around 3:55 pm. I don’t remember the ladies name i spoke with but she was extremely polite and her customer service was amazing. I even called back to thank her for the service she provided and how she presented herself especially over the phone.
