Haven’t been here in a while figured I’d have some crazy bread that’s usually a good option and decided to get a 16pc wing as well. Bread sticks were ok but te wings had several issues. Not fresh at all and super small look at the pics that’s a quarter next to the drummet side of a wing and the other pic makes my hand look like Andre the giant’s. Waste of money !!

Ordered the Pineapple Pepsi and didn’t get it delivered. Wasn’t asked if I wanted a replacement. I was just given something else. Called in and asked if they had it in store and the nice woman didn’t even know it was a product let alone a Little Caesars specific product.

The employees were absolutely amazing the girl that took my order was so sweet I’m rating it so bad because it was 115 degrees inside the lobby and I’m assuming even hotter in that kitchen I can not believe you would let people work in that environment its appalling all I could see was one box fan. Please treat your workers with care and respect!

they never have any hot and ready pizzas available and tell me it’ll be 10 or 12 minutes and it always takes 30 minutes. If your whole thing is hot and ready then have some ready. Also my latest pizza looked like they dropped the box with the pie inside smh

We usually order the deep dish, and it usually comes out perfectly crispy on the edges. This time it was good, but not perfect, maybe slightly under cooked. BUT, the parmasean chicken wings WERE perfect. I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful and crispy they were.

Ordered pizza for dinner. Wanted to try the Pretzel pizza. It came in two versions one with pizza sauce and one with cheese sauce. Online offered a combo with crazy bread, so I put in our order and when ready, I went to pick it up, however I thought the pretzel pizza was the one with pizza sause not cheese sauce. The combo does not specify either way what type of pretzel pizza is given with the combo. Seeing as the corporate company did not make it clear which version was with the combo, the local branch made a second pizza to replace the original cheese sauce one. It wasn’t their fault, but they took care of the customer which was me this time and I respect them for that. Thank you.

They do not answer their phone. Some items are only available by ordering online and don’t even ask them to count your change back or provide any type of customer service. They don’t even have chairs in the waiting area and never have pizzas “hot and ready” like they advertise.

As always the food was great but, the place is old and could use some seious TLC. The menu screens didn’t even work and no one seemed to care. The floors and overall cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
