I placed my order through the app at 130 because I knew it would be busy today…..I scheduled pickup for 530 and it said it would be ready between 530 and 535…..came in and my order wasn’t ready and when I asked why they said that they lost my order and it would be another 45 minutes!!!!! Not an apology not anything so I just said to cancel because I didn’t want to wait (whole point of scheduling an order) and they said I had to cancel through the app which there is no spot to cancel so I sat here because I didn’t want to waste money! But seriously I get it was busy and they were probably overwhelmed but they way they talked and they way they acted when they messed up and lost my order makes me never want to go back to that location again.

Many times when I post a review, the owner of the business will make a comment in regards to whatever it is I had to say. So tonight, I went down and picked up a pizza that I had ordered online. Something was going on that I had never seen happen here before. The place was overrun with delivery drivers trying to pick up their orders for customers who had placed them from their homes. And there was wave after wave of walk in traffic. I observed the employees spinning their wheels, not being able to figure out what to do as they were overwhelmed, and they just kind of stood there spinning. The next thing I know, this young lady rolls in and takes charge of the situation. Her performance was
absolutely, spectacular. She was dressed in her regular street clothes. She had quite a few piercings. She was also very young. She was tall, slender, and she was cute. Nothing hinted at anything extraordinary lying within this young woman. She put on her smock, washed her hands, and went to work. As I watched her go to work, I was amazed that one so young could rally the troops to her cause so quickly. The way she spoke to her crew and the customers was a clinical demonstration of professional leadership qualities usually found only in a seasoned veteran. She turned an abandon ship situation into a smashing success. All I can say after watching her go to work, is that “I wonder if she is being paid what she’s worth”? I have 30 years of leadership experience at different businesses, in the area. Some are large Fortune 500 companies. Others smaller. Let me use an analogy to describe her qualities. If I were the head coach of an NFL team, and it was draft day for an expansion team just starting out in the NFL, She would be my first pick overall. A number one, without question. I hope the right person sees this and rewards her in a way that she deserves. If not, when she’s looking to move up and on. I’d like to talk to her about a job.

Haven’t ordered from them in a while so I figured I’d try again and I was disappointed. From cold pizza to missing sauces and a terrible customer service experience. I guess it’ll be another year before I order from little Caesars again.

20 minutes after I tell them I’m there for my order they decide to tell me they have no wings at all they are fully out why did they wait 20 minutes to tell me that’s not what I first got there 20 minutes before that instead of making me stand up for 20 minutes and then decided to tell me. Sounds like your employees need to be fired and rehired with some new ones that actually don’t know how to do their job

We ordered pizza wings and crazy bread and a 2 liter of pepsi got everything but the pepsi,c delivery driver barely spoke english and little caesars refused to either send the Pepsi or refund the pepsi. Never again.

Ordered crazy style and only the manager knew what it was. Got my pizza and had to come back in because it didn’t have it. So I get back in the car and the cook put it everywhere but the actual pizza. Crust is great and cardboard is nicely covered but the center of my pizza isn’t. Was told twice and still couldn’t get it. Clearly the task of putting butter and parm on a pizza is to outside the cooks skill set. Very disappointed. Would have been okay if I ordered crazy crust but I don’t eat the crust so it’s basically no point after paying extra for it and going in twice.

I ordered a pretzel pizza tonight and got an almost raw pizza without a pretzel crust. It was salted like a preztel, but the lack of cheese, pretzel crust, and being undercooked. Doubt I will order it again

I ordered hot and ready to go cheesy bread and didn’t check to look at it while I was there and I should have. It was hard as a rock. What cheese there was, was burnt. All after waiting for over 5 mins to even be helped by the cashier. She was too busy talking on her cell phone

Literally the worst Little Caesars. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered a cheese pizza and gotten pepperoni. Which is tragic because we’re vegetarian. Partly my fault for not checking EVERY SINGLE TIME before I leave. We get the wrong order every. other. time. It’s really frustrating.
