Everytime I come here it’s always fast and convenient. Today I came and the guy taking the customers order infront of me was clearly new and it was taking a minute. Which is completely fine, but I received what I consider to be great customer service cuz a girl in the back noticed I was waiting, and instead of leaving me to wait she came up and took my order. Having spent many years in customer service I appreciate and understand that it’s the small things like this that take what would be an ordinary experience and turn it into exceptional service.

Not only were our crazy breads pretty much Raw but when we got our pizza the whole pizza except near the crust is raw as well. When I called to let somebody know I was met with a rude front end employee. Not even going to deal with that type of behavior. I just called support and I was refunded, because I’m quite sure if I would have went back for a new pizza they would have spit in my food.

Little Caesars is awesome super cool people that work here they’re always doing something new and different with the food you can’t get barbecue chicken so that’s really one of the only downfalls but highly recommend the following

Get a stuffed crust pepperoni sausage extra cheese with Italian seasoning and Parmesan over the whole pizza.

Ordered 1/2 cheese & 1/2 pepperoni pizza, over phone for pickup. They were a little bit busy when I got there, so I didn’t even open the box to look at the pizza which was my fault, when I got home and opened it, there was Italian seasoning, butter, and Parmesan cheese on the pizza which we did not order… so the Littles would not eat it, I did try a piece, and it was not very good! I called the restaurant asked what it was. They explained to me as I stated Parmesan cheese butter in Italian seasoning and all they said was sorry about that, they think I was given the wrong pizza , and I said that explains why my grandkids will not eat it and he said oh well that’s one of the options. We have. Sorry about that!
I understand mistakes happen, and things go awry, but he didn’t even try to offer to make it right…I’m a little disappointed…

Ordered stuffed cheesy bread and it was pathetic. For $6.25 we got three flat pieces of crust with maybe one mozzarella cheese stick in each and the whole thing drenched in garlic butter. Hardly any cheese, a chewy piece of crust and dripping butter all over the thing. It’s a lot worse than it used to be.

Stopping by coming from Washington state. I don’t think I’ve ever had another little Ceasars put the little table in the center of the pizza for easy pulling and they also gave us the marinara sauce warm! Love love love, thank you and keep up the good work!

Staff is always friendly and nice, but of the five times I have been here four times the order has been obviously wrong – which is strange considering I’m not even ordering anything special, just straight off the menu with no adjustments.
Of the five times I have ordered the Pretzel Crust pizza with no pepperoni, three times it has come with pepperoni and one time it came with regular crust (but still the cheese sauce). I don’t know what to say or communicate to make sure I get the right item but I have tried online orders, phone order, and in-person and it still seems impossible to get a simple order right.
