Terrible food. They screw up their orders constantly. They take no care in the preparation and overcook their food regularly. Undersized their Italian cheese breads and puffs, not putting the right amounts of cheese or toppings on the items. It’s getting so crazy that the quality of food is dropping off so hard when the cost to buy it is skyrocketing.

Haven’t been here in a while and they still suck. Crazy bread was white and still had raw dough in it. Pizza crust was hard and chewy. It wasnt a thin crust but it was definitely thinner than it was supposed to be. Big Guy with long hair was rude. Yall gotta do better. Your pizza is twice the price it used to be. What a waste of money

My regular location at Seneca Rd was closed, so I went here for a quick bite.
This location is HORRIBLE at making pizza. It’s insanely flat, undercooked, and flat out bad. All their pizzas looked like this. This store is ran by people who absolutely cannot make pizza, and makes Seneca Rd’s minor flaws look like nothing. They can at least make the pizza. Why bother being open? If people want little Caesars, I advise Seneca Rd’s location.

This restaurant has incredible customer service. The manager drove over my missing items that doordash driver STOLE. The store had him on camera with entire order, I have him on camera missing part of my order. His doordash delivery picture even shows an incomplete order. The driver claimed the store never gave it to him. I love technology! Thanks Royal Ave Little Caesar’s, you went above and beyond on this one! All for missing crazy bread…
