New Review: “2-stars…normally 4-5-stars. Pizza is usually very consistently made, staff are nice, and $11 is a wonderful deal. Tonight’s experience wasn’t enjoyable–WAY too much sauce (was more like lasagna) and pizza was only cut through crust for one slice. The rest of pizza crust wasn’t even close to being sliced all way thru–a huge problem if eating in car or somewhere a knife/pizza cutter isn’t available. Used a fork to cut pizza but was a PITA. Cheese topping wanted to slide off and drip sauce everywhere…including a huge oily-sauce spot on my pants (valery rare for me. Every bite oozed sauce all over face and had to be really careful. Super messy and tossed 2/3’s of pizza. Tonight, I regret having, both, tipped and bought pizza.”

Tried to order online and was transferred to India Call Center who wanted to charge me $5 for “light sauce”, because it was customizing the pizza. Doesn’t make sense–the restaurant gets to save money on half as much sauce [or no sauce at all] being on the pizza and customer pays extra $5? Wild.”

Horrible. I got a pizza delivered to me from my company. The pizza doesn’t even look like it’s from one single pizza. You can tell one slice is old compared to the rest. So disappointing.

I went in at 9:35 to be told my only option after 9:30 is pepperoni, no cheese for stuffed crust, No cheesy bread, no other toppings besides pepperoni. I have never heard of such a thing and I’ve been to other locations and they made my order with no issue. Obviously they are lazy at this location. Unbelievable

I Oder the pretzel crust pizza, but got this pizza in the photo instead and there isn’t a lot of of the sauce that comes on the pretzel pizza. This is the second time that this little Caesars location has done this when I’ve ordered the pretzel pizza. I am very upset. I had ordered another pizza that was supposed to be stuffed garlic crust, pepperoni pizza and we did not get that. We just got a normal pepperoni pizza. They messed up the whole order and they didn’t cut the pizzas all the way through like they were in a rush I’m very upset.

I had some crazy bread that was obviously way overdone. I was trying to tell the employee that obviously one of them put that in a bag and they should never send anyone out with anything that looked that bad because then they’re just upset and have to come all the way back. She walked away while I was talking to her.

We placed an online order, and my husband went to pick it up at the time given. When he got there, the pizzas were not ready, so he had to wait, which is fine. However, when he got home, one pizza very obviously had been sitting in the hot box for quite a while, and our deep dish pizza was cooked enough to just melt the cheese, but the crust was raw.
We don’t return food items very often, but these were inedible. My husband took them back to the store to get a refund and the manager was rude and offered no apology.
This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed with the food we’ve gotten at this location, but we’ve not complained in the past. We will be avoiding this location from now on.

Little Caesars has stepped their game up. The pizza is good, and this store in particular is clean and sleek, not like the old school stores from 20 years ago. I especially like the cool machine they have. When you order online they put your pizza in the machine, you get a code, and when you put that code into the machine, it opens up and you take your pizza. Slick and time-saving.

I don’t go to this place for quality pizza but the breadsticks were disgusting and tasted like they had been left from the day before. The service was awful as well; the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. A girl walked away in the middle of helping a customer to talk to her friend in the back. The staff that helped me acted as if I was inconveniencing him by ordering food from there. The marinara sauce was so incredibly watered down it was like red water; they also didn’t even bother to fill it even halfway.

They gave me an undercooked deep dish. It’s like they waited just for cheese to melt then called it good. No golden or burnt cheese means it’s undercooked in the dough. Pulled one apart and yes dough was gooey and sticky under cheese
