I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza (been waiting for it to come back). Online drove over it wasn’t ready so I waited about 5 minutes not bad they called my name I grabbed it and made the mistake of thinking that they made the pizza I ordered and the one mentioned on the receipt, headed home where I opened the box to see a stuffed crust pepperoni no pretzel crust. Ok I admit for a pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust it was fine BUT I ORDERED A STUFFED PRETZEL CRUST and it only ordered a pizza because it was a stuffed pretzel crust that I had been waiting for them to bring back.

Been out of stuffed crust for almost two months it seems, I haven’t been able to order stuffed crust since October. Asides from that, this is the best little caesars I’ve personally been to. Very friendly staff, has gone above and beyond, and the pizza is consistently great for its price point. When it’s in stock, the $9.50 stuffed crust is the pizza 3200 calories for the cost

I usually have no problem with my food and love it but this time I was not satisfied. The pizza had so many black burnt spots this time and the crazy bread had black burnt spots too and was oddly shaped and had too much cheese on it and the inside tasted undercooked. It was hard to finish it all and enjoy it.

There’s a guy working there that’s very rude. Didn’t ask for my name for the order, wasn’t good at customer service at all. I didn’t get his name but he was kinda short with dark hair and blue eyes (I believe I’m remembering correctly) he has a bad aura about him. That’s the only reason for my negative review. Treat people like they’re people and maybe try to not act sociopathic while on the job.

Put in a DoorDash order for some cheesy bread, the dasher contacted me while picking up at the store to show that the food had a bite taken out of it. The dasher told me that the employee was refusing to replace the food that had a bite in it. I called the store and the employee was like “talk to DoorDash that’s not my problem” and then cancelled my order while on the phone with me.

If I could do 0 stars I would.both of our pizzas were undercooked. To the point the raw squishy dough was sticking to the box. I cannot believe it. They were absolutely unedible. Lesson learned. Spend a little more for cooked pizza at dominoes

If I could give this less than a single star I would. I’ll try to keep it short. Bad customer service. Terrible experience trying to order online and it wasnt ready for almost 20 minutes. They were NOT busy. The pizza was wayyy greasy from the crust butter. The crust was 1/4 to 1/2 an inch before the sauce and cheese started. Need I go on?? I know it’s cheap and filling. But if you can’t even eat it why spend the money.

Cesar’s pizza is by no means gourmet. I get that. But there was a time when 5$ pizzas were made well enough to be worth the quick stop. These days prices are higher but the quality’s dropped a lot! It’s all too common I bring home a pizza that is just barely browned underneath before it’s rushed out to a table to be “cut” and boxed. I’m a guy whose hunger can let a sloppy pizza slide from time to time but these last two visits I’ve brought home pizza that’s so undercooked the slice can’t hold any sort of shape as you attempt to pick it up. And that’s if it’s even fully cut at all! Maybe it’s kids working their first job in the back? Or just staff who simply don’t care to bother with preparing a decent fully baked pizza. That’s honestly the bare minimum I could ask for. Fully baked. I’ll recut it myself, that’s fine. Just cook the darn thing fully! Check the pizza before boxing it. Not too hard if you ask me.
