Convenient location but not easily seen from Lombard. Can get pretty busy so suggest ordering ahead, they tend to not have too many hot n ready pizzas available so plan on 30 min wait during evenings. No seating, bathroom, etc. Very small retail area and all food is take out.

This Little Ceasars location has gone to crap, atleast during dinner hours! They have different teens working there that definitely don’t do a good job. Pizzas under cooked / doughy, not cut through. Toppings and cheese are great but doesn’t help when we still have to finish cooking the pizza at home. When we went to pick up order, it was incomplete, no one around to help, even while yelling hello, hello… had to go almost all around the counter to find someone and still I was ignored because the kid was too busy chatting with his ear buds in not paying attention to us customers. Ridiculous lazy customer service!

8:15 on a Wednesday night, waited 10 minutes to pick up a pizza that was ready and just sitting there because pick up warmer was broken. Either fix the equipment you installed to replace your staff or adequately staff your business.
This was the first time we’d been there in years, and we sure learned our lesson. Will be sticking with Sparky’s on MLK, which isn’t much more expensive and usually has enough people working to actually run the place.

Just started to eat the delivered cold(Uber Eats) pizza and bit hard down on this white bone-like crumb. Came from the sausage chunks. Deep dish pizza isnt deep dish anymore? Theres none of that signature pan crispiness. Its as if they throw a small ball of dough into the rectangle pan and dont press it to the sides. I wouldnt call this detroit style deep dish.

Just ordered on uber eats i ordered a chicago deep style dish pizza and got a boring cheese pizza. Uber eats wont refund it and little ceasers isnt helping me either so wont eat them amymore

I ordered on Grubhub and specified I wanted a light bake and my pizza came to me burned and cold. When I tried to call the location to have it re made so I can go pick it up myself, they kept sending my calls to voicemail which is full, so I asked for a refund through Grubhub. It’s not that simple- good delivery service needs to step it up- check the order and be more timely, but you guys are the ones preparing the food. Do better!

Ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza and the cups were placed as if this was a regular pepperoni pizza. They practically stole from me. Regular pizza is $9 and the one I ordered was $12. I was passing through but will never stop at this location again. Also the thin crust cheese was burnt around the edges.
