Ordered pizza through Doordash today. March 3. See receipt on box.
I ordered the medium Supreme pizza with pepperoni..mushrooms..sausage and a little bit of veggies on top. The pizza was satisfactory but nothing special. With tip and delivery it was under 20 dollars. Not bad because other more established pizza places would have cost almost double! So basically you get what you pay for. It was a cold and snowy day so it was perfect to have it delivered! One slice was enough for me!

Annually I come up around this area and place a very large order for a large group dinner. I have never had an issue, the entire order is perfect and on time, every time.

I have always enjoyed Little Caesar’s Pizza, so my order, although was a little difficult, ended up perfectly yummy! A few weeks ago, I had placed my order with a non-primary English speaker, so I think we had difficulty understanding each other. When my pizza was ready, it was not at all what I wanted or expected when I ordered. We discussed my order, which I thought was clear from the menu overhead, but he had inputted a specialty pizza on their ordering system based on what he thought I was asking for. The advertising was deceptive. Eventually, he realized what I wanted and had it made. He was slightly put off, as I myself might have been if I worked there, because an entire pizza was wasted…….. but it wasn’t what I ordered. I think, often, we don’t realize, just how important communication is, especially with so many people in the states where English is not their primary language. Good job Little Caesar’s, you made it right and a loyal customer walked away happy again!

went in today to get a pizza. admittedly, I have tattoos and piercings and dyed hair and whatnot, but this seems really strange to put on my order? I’m assuming this is where they put people’s names. but nobody asked for my name. and I was the only person in the building so I dont know why it wouldve been necessary to put this. the word choice makes it extra uncomfortable too

I go in there 23 times a week and get the pizza cups, they’re less than five bucks and they’re delicious and they really touched the spot. They’re always hot and ready and they’re still gooey cheesy on my way out the door.

Worst customer service. Called and ordered pizza ahead. Was told on the phone one price. Got there to pick up my order and because the person who took my order added food I did not want or order when I called.. I didn’t get the price I was told on the phone and my total doubled. No help. No solving the error they made. No suggestions or solutions. Pretty much was told too bad and since I dont have double the price I was told I left without the dinner for my kids.

I’m really quite disappointed in our food this evening. We prefer dominos to the other fast chain in town and tonight we got our pizza two minutes after we received the email for the pizza portal. The boxes were super hot. Yay, fresh pizza right? Wrong. The boxes were still hot when we got home but the pizza was ice cold and tasted like it sat for quite awhile. We set our pick up time for 5:45 and that’s when we arrived at the restaurant. And we picked up at 5:48 according to my clock. While this wasn’t an expensive meal it was a splurge and we are very displeased with it tonight. Usually our pizza is piping hot and fresh and today it was really bad.
