I recently had a very disappointing experience at Little Caesars. I ordered 3 pizzas, but when I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I called the store to let them know, and instead of apologizing and offering a simple solution, they told me I had to drive all the way back and bring the pizzas with me just to “make sure we weren’t scamming them” — their exact words.
I found this completely ridiculous and insulting. Mistakes happen, but treating your customers with suspicion instead of respect is unacceptable. I wasted time and gas fixing their error, and the attitude I got made it even worse. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Pepperoni old crazy bread had black finger prints on it cheese puffs burnt ! Asked for a remake was told they would refund ,refund processed then said remake order to then asked me to pay for remake I said the refund hasn’t even posted to my account yet was told be a few more minutes still nothing I left I felt highly disrespected and under appreciated as a customer the man who refuses to give me his name kept my receipt and then proceeded to call me and threaten me telling me he’s going to turn me in for fraud ! Is this really who you have or want working for you ! He was a pompous ssa. And very disrespectful! Dark wavy almost shoulder length hair chunky 5 foot 9 ish boy .

Ordered online and came in a few minutes after I’d place the order. Turned out they’d lost my pizza but gave me a refund and baked a fresh pie for me. While the new pie was baking they’d found the old one and gave me it free of charge and a free side. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a Little Caesar’s hands down.

Nice customer service. Always quick and fast. I call in my order for pickup. I always ask for extra red sauce and well done. Well done will ensure your pizza is fully cooked since I order extra red sauce every time. I think it depends on who makes the pizza that day, extra sauce isn’t always extra. Just have them read over your order to make sure.

I am very unhappy with my most recent experience there. I ordered my pizza at 5:45, they said that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Went in at 6 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. We ordered cheese pizzas. Those are advertised as hot and ready. 25 minutes seems excessive for hot and ready. We sat outside the entire 25 minutes while waiting. Very frustrating! The only reason why I am not giving it one star because the price. You can’t beat the hot and ready price, but this location needs more employees or to be more prepared to keep up with demand. There were people that arrived much later than us and left before us, very frustrating.

I came in today and it’s been a while. I walk in the lady cooking and taking the orders is just constantly coughing. Mouth open but your in the food industry. This is unexceptable. We dont know when shes preparing food, shes not coughing on our food. Reminder when you cough that Saliva sprays. Just like any other company and especially during these sickness times. You need to wear a face covering. No one wants to get any type of illnesses, with whats been going on in the world lately. They need to fix there rules and regulations pertaining to this matter. Generally the pizzas seem to be made as they’re ordered, with a few exceptions. Service is decent, often there are 10m wait times. If you’re looking for good quality, you probably shouldn’t be trying to pay $6 for a pizza. Nothing much to complain about if you’re looking for budget food.
