I arrived at 9:20 (40 minutes before they closed) and no one took my order for 20 minutes. I waited outside in the cold and rang the bell multiple times to get someone’s attention. They couldn’t hear me over there loud music that was blasting and they also had their window left wide open. It was incredibly unsafe as the registers are sitting right there in plain view of the open window. It wasn’t until I got in my car and started to drive away when I saw a guy come out and look. When I pulled back in, he disappeared and this small, young girl took my order. After telling her about how long I waited, she just giggled as she apologized. Very bad experience.

I am writing to report a poor customer service experience related to an issue with your mobile app. The advertised discount was not applied to my order, and when I contacted customer service for help, I was told the staff was not trained to assist with mobile app issues.
I requested help from a manager, but the manager refused to assist with my online order. The employee then disconnected the call without resolving the issue or offering further support.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expect proper assistance when technical issues prevent customers from completing a purchase. I request a follow-up regarding this matter and how it will be addressed.

So let me start with I have never been to any pizza place where as long as the order was over $25 you could give them a $50 bill but for whatever reason which I’m assuming is the crime rate and where this location of this exact franchise is, but if that’s the case, then why even have a business, if you’re afraid to even take the money from your customers . I worked in a terrible part of town and as long as we had change and could make the drop we took the cash?

Used the night window for a quick bite to eat with friends. Surprised that they were taking orders as late as 9:50 pm during the week but they are open until 10 pm. Great customer service from the employee on duty (5 stars for atmosphere). Definitely fast, hot and inexpensive.

You have some of the most patient and understanding employees I’ve EVER experienced in my 60 yrs of life.
I was sent their to pickup an order for my granddaughter. Needless to say, I got heated and turned the car around and raised a stink like no other. Those poor employees were as confused as myself (if not more) until my granddaughter decided to tell me she told me the wrong order. Not once did the employees lose it. I wish I could say the same for myself…. and to be their last customer on EASTER night of all nights. For them to hold their cool with this crazy lady, I’m forever grateful. This place holds a rare commodity in its employment.

Waited in line for 1:5 hour and ten minutes for deep pan pizza and Italian bread this is absolutely ridiculous last time be here ! Service doesn’t rember the order Boone women just says I don’t know why u have a attitude non- professional. Their was A older man that work here he had every patience to every customer this is outrageous

Went in about 8:50pm and ordered an extra most best stuffed crust. The cashier asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt and I said yes! She said the wait would be 10-12 minutes. About 7 minutes later I walk back in to wait. They then turned off the lobby lights and locked me inside. A few minutes more go by and one of the cashiers asked me what I’m waiting on because they couldn’t find my order on their end and the woman in back said she had no tag for my order. She then said she had my pizza in the oven and it would be another 7 minutes. I get home and see they didn’t give me the stuffed crust pizza I paid extra for. What a nice ending to my birthday. I’ll be disputing this charge with my credit card!
